城市商业银行开展私人银行业务的探索

【摘要】:改革开放30多年以来,中国经济经历沧桑巨变。在令人眼花缭乱的30多年中,资本市场从无到有,从小到大,可谓是改革开放最重要的成果之一。中国快速增长的财富市场和一大批高净值客户的诞生,吸引了世界银行家的眼光。2005年9月,全球著名的私人银行之一瑞士友邦银行(UBS)首获银监会批准,在中国境内设立了私人银行代表处,拉开了我国境内私人银行业务发展的序幕。 在资本市场化、利率市场化改革的深入下,存贷利差作为传统商业银行业务的主要收入来源,正在逐步缩小。为了战略转型,寻找新的利润增长点,四大国有银行及大型股份制银行纷纷将目光投向快速增长的高净值客户群体,陆陆续续的开展私人银行业务以占领高端客户市场,获取大于传统银行中间业务收入的手续费及管理费。城市商业银行由城市信用社组建、改制而成,作为中国银行业内的一个特殊群体,面对来自市场开放及竞争对手的压力,传统的经营优势正在逐渐丧失。在城市商业银行寻求新的发展方向,战略转型之际,找准市场定位,打造自身经营特色的私人银行将会是一条不错的出路。 本文首先论述了研究的背景及意义,在对私人银行的定义、起源、私人银行所提供的服务与传统银行个人业务服务的区别作了简述的基础上,探讨了我国目前私人银行业务发展的现状与存在的问题。然后,介绍了我国城市商业银行的发展现状,分析了其面临的来自于市场和竞争对手的压力,由此探讨了城市商业银行开展私人银行业务的动力与阻力。最后,对城市商业银行开展私人银行业务作了SWOT分析,介绍了三家具有借鉴性的私人银行的发展特色,提出了对城市商业银行开展私人银行业务战略发展的建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's economy has experienced tremendous changes. In the dazzling more than 30 years, the capital market from scratch, from small to large, can be said to be one of the most important achievements of reform and opening up. China's fast-growing wealth market and the birth of a large number of high-net-worth clients have attracted the attention of bankers around the world. In September 2005, (UBS), one of the world's leading private banks, was approved by the CBRC for the first time. The establishment of private bank representative office in China has opened the prelude to the development of private banking business in China. With the deepening of the reform of capital marketization and interest rate marketization, deposit and loan spreads, as the main source of income for traditional commercial banks, are gradually shrinking. In order to make strategic changes and find new profit growth points, the four major state-owned banks and large joint-stock banks have turned their attention to the rapidly growing group of high net worth customers, and continued to carry out private banking business to occupy the high-end customer market. Obtain fees and management fees greater than traditional bank intermediary income. As a special group in China's banking industry, urban commercial banks are formed by urban credit cooperatives. In the face of the pressure from market opening and competitors, the traditional management advantages are gradually losing. At the time of the city commercial bank seeking new development direction and strategic transformation, it will be a good way to find the right market position and create the private bank with its own management characteristics. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the study, on the basis of the definition and origin of private banks, the differences between the services provided by private banks and those provided by traditional banks. This paper discusses the present situation and existing problems of private banking business in China. Then, this paper introduces the current situation of the development of city commercial banks in China, analyzes the pressure from the market and competitors, and probes into the power and resistance of the city commercial banks to carry out private banking business. Finally, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the private banking business of the city commercial banks, introduces the development characteristics of the three private banks with reference, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the private banking business strategy of the city commercial banks.
