【摘要】：在经济趋向一体化和经济发展逐渐市场化的大环境下,企业如果想要可持续发展,就会越来越重视财务风险的识别和控制。在遇到严重的外部恶劣环境时,很多企业没有完善的财务风险控制措施,管理系统不完善,很容易遇到财务风险的打击。因此财务风险需要尽早防范。H新能源公司作为有新能源行业的典型企业,在创新困难、投资金额巨大、融资艰难、盈利较小的背景下,有必要建立完善的财务风险控制机制,帮助企业预防财务风险。该研究有助于识别和解决H新能源公司的财务风险,对于构建财务风险控制体系具有重要理论和现实意义。因此了解财务危机,预估财务危机的发生概率,进而防范财务风险,使我们在面对风险之时可以从容不迫地应对风险。随着新能源的市场竞争日益激烈和信息与技术的飞速发展,H新能源公司可能会面临着各种财务风险,企业只有实施财务风险控制,才能使可持续发展战略得以实现,由此可见建立财务风险的意义至关重要。结合H新能源公司的特点,从投资、资金回收、筹资等相关的环节,对财务风险的识别、测量、评估以及控制进行了描述;以H新能源公司每年的财务报表作为分析的数据,套入到F分数模型中,分析公司的财务风险。根据企业的自身情况,建立符合企业标准的财务风险预警体系,使企业根据财务预警系统所发出的相关的信息,及时提前采取相关的防预措施,来避免财务风险的发生,并将风险控制在初期,可以尽量减少或降低对企业的巨大破坏,同时降低成本,保证企业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of economic integration and the gradual marketization of economic development, if enterprises want to develop sustainably, they will pay more and more attention to the identification and control of financial risks. Many enterprises do not have perfect financial risk control measures, management system is not perfect. Therefore, the financial risk needs to be prevented as soon as possible. As a typical enterprise with new energy industry, it is difficult to innovate, invest large amount and raise funds. Under the background of small profit, it is necessary to establish a perfect financial risk control mechanism to help enterprises prevent financial risk. This study is helpful to identify and solve the financial risk of H New Energy Company. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the financial risk control system. Therefore, we can understand the financial crisis, estimate the probability of the financial crisis, and then guard against the financial risk. With the increasing competition in the new energy market and the rapid development of information and technology, the new energy company may face a variety of financial risks. Only by implementing financial risk control can the sustainable development strategy be realized. It can be seen that the significance of establishing financial risk is very important. Combined with the characteristics of H new energy company, from the investment, capital recovery. Financing and other related links, the identification, measurement, evaluation and control of financial risk are described. Taking the annual financial statements of H New Energy Company as the analysis data, the financial risk of the company is analyzed in the F score model. According to the enterprise's own situation, the financial risk early warning system that accords with the enterprise standard is established. According to the relevant information issued by the financial early warning system, the enterprise can take relevant preventive measures in advance in time to avoid the occurrence of financial risk and control the risk in the initial stage. It can reduce or reduce the great damage to the enterprise, reduce the cost and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
