【摘要】：文章从企业价值评估角度分析了矿业企业的特殊性,探讨了企业价值评估中的收益法和成本法在评估矿业企业价值时面临的问题。矿产资源储量是矿业企业发展的基础和利润的源泉,因此,根据市场法评估中乘数估值指标选取的原则,构建了基于矿产资源储量的新的乘数估值指标来用于评估矿业企业价值,并进行了举例说明。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the particularity of mining enterprises from the angle of enterprise value evaluation. This paper discusses the problems faced by the profit method and the cost method in evaluating the value of mining enterprises. Mineral resources reserves are the basis of the development of mining enterprises and the source of profits. According to the principle of selecting multiplier valuation index in the evaluation of market method, a new multiplier valuation index based on mineral resources reserves is constructed to evaluate the value of mining enterprises, and an example is given to illustrate it.
