【摘要】：文章阐述了土地整治定额人工预算单价的内涵和构成,分析了存在问题及其与市场人工单价的差异,并对产生差异主要原因进行了剖析。通过对相关行业定额人工预算单价调整情况的研究,认为基本工资和人工预算单价构成是调整现行定额人工预算单价的关键。在分析基本工资与最低工资标准的联动关系的基础上,研究了合理调整基本工资的实施路径,并就基本工资调整幅度、人工预算单价构成及今后进一步完善定额人工预算单价提出了调整方案和相关建议。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation of land remediation of quota labor budget unit price and composition, analyzes the existing problems and differences with the market and the artificial price, the difference is analyzed. Through the study of relevant industry quota manual budget unit price adjustment, that the basic wage and labor budget unit price is the key to adjust the current labor budget quota the price.
