东莞S公司经营风险的AHP分析及对策研究

【摘要】：企业经营风险的管理和控制是企业经营管理过程中的核心问题,其作用与意义十分重大。任何企业所面临的经营环境都不可能完全一样,同一家企业在不同的发展时期所面临的经营环境也会存在较大的差别,正是经营环境的不确定性导致了企业经营风险的无处不在。对于企业而言,风险是无法避免的,只能采取有针对性地对策对其进行有效管控。本文以东莞S公司为例,就如何更为精准地管理和控制上市公司的经营风险进行了研究。本文首先利用定性分析的方法,对于影响S公司经营风险的因素进行识别和分析,认为其风险来自于产品、管理、投资、宏观社会环境和微观行业环境等方面;然后,运用AHP方法,构建评价指标,设计调查问卷,对于S公司的经营风险进行定量分析,分析结果表明S公司的总体经营风险等级处于中高风险,S公司的内部风险远大于外部风险,内部风险之中,又以投资决策风险最大,管理风险次之,产品风险最小等;最后,为了有效管控S公司的经营风险,本文提出了化解S公司经营风险的总体思路,并针对S公司风险等级值较高的经营风险,提出具有针对性的解决方案。概而言之,本文研究从事食用菌业务的S上市公司存在的经营风险问题,视角具备一定新颖性。文中运用AHP方法等相关研究理论和方法,对该公司的经营风险进行定性和定量分析,分析出S公司生产经营中存在的各类经营风险及其风险等级,并提出了相应具有针对性的解决方案。本文相关研究成果亦可为同类型企业经营风险的分析、评价和管控提供一定参考,具有一定的现实意义和理论价值。
[Abstract]:The management and control of enterprise management risk is the core problem in the process of enterprise management, its function and significance is very important. The same enterprise in different periods of development will face a greater difference in the operating environment, it is the uncertainty of the operating environment that leads to the business risk everywhere. For enterprises. Risk can not be avoided, can only take targeted measures to effectively control it. This paper takes Dongguan S Company as an example. How to more accurately manage and control the operating risks of listed companies is studied. Firstly, this paper uses qualitative analysis method to identify and analyze the factors that affect the operating risks of S companies. The author thinks that the risk comes from product, management, investment, macro social environment and micro industry environment. Then, using AHP method, build evaluation index, design questionnaire, quantitative analysis of the operating risk of S company, the results show that the overall operating risk of S company is in the middle and high risk. The internal risk of S company is far greater than the external risk. Among the internal risks, the investment decision risk is the biggest, the management risk is the second, and the product risk is the least. Finally, in order to effectively control the operating risk of S company, this paper puts forward the overall idea of resolving the operating risk of S company, and aiming at the higher risk level of S company. Put forward a targeted solution. Generally speaking, this paper studies the operating risks of S listed companies engaged in edible fungus business. Angle of view has certain novelty. This paper uses the AHP method and other related research theories and methods to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the company's operational risks. This paper analyzes all kinds of business risks and their risk levels in the production and operation of S Company, and puts forward the corresponding targeted solutions. The related research results of this paper can also be used to analyze the business risks of the same type of enterprises. Evaluation and control provide a certain reference, have certain practical significance and theoretical value.
