【摘要】：正云会计的出现在减少企业大量的人力、物力和资金的同时,也大幅提升了企业对信息数据的处理效率,成为企业管理会计信息系统的有效途径,它所创造的新型商业模式对现行的会计理论和实务体系都产生了重要影响,但云计算是在使用分布与并行处理和网络计算的基础上应用的,这使得企业面临系统安全性、数据真实性和内部控制制度不健全等多方面的现实障碍,因此,新型商业模式下的云会计应用问题成为众多理论界和会计实务工作者关注
[Abstract]:The emergence of positive cloud accounting in reducing a large number of human, material and capital, but also greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise to deal with information data, become an effective way of enterprise management accounting information system. The new business model it creates has an important impact on the current accounting theory and practice system, but cloud computing is applied on the basis of distributed and parallel processing and network computing. This makes the enterprise face the system security, the data authenticity and the internal control system imperfect and so on many aspects realistic obstacle, therefore.
