建设工程项目交易费用影响路径研究

【摘要】：建设工程项目的实际成本不仅包括工程实际建造成本,还包括工程交易过程中的交易费用。为了揭示在工程交易中由业主所承担交易费用的影响路径,构建了影响建工程项目交易费用影响路径模型,通过结构方程模型进行假设验证,研究显示:交易环境和机制在模型中处于核心地位,它在很大程度上决定了交易费用,还影响了承包商的行为和项目管理的效率。承包商行为的不确定性对交易费用具有正向的影响。业主行为的确定性可以降低交易环境和机制的不确定性,还能提高项目管理的效率,并最终降低工程交易费用。
[Abstract]:The actual cost of a construction project includes not only the actual construction cost of the project, but also the transaction cost in the course of the project transaction. The influence path model of the transaction cost of the construction project is constructed, and the hypothesis is verified by the structural equation model. The research shows that the transaction environment and mechanism are at the core of the model, which determines the transaction cost to a great extent. It also affects the contractor's behavior and the efficiency of the project management. The uncertainty of the contractor's behavior has a positive impact on the transaction cost. The certainty of the employer's behavior can reduce the uncertainty of the trading environment and mechanism. It can also improve the efficiency of project management and ultimately reduce project transaction costs.
