【摘要】：农业上市公司代表着农业行业先进的生产力,拥有较充足的资本市场的支持,作为农业行业的领头羊,引领着整个农业行业的发展。但现阶段农业上市公司与其他行业上市公司相比,呈现出很多问题,如资本结构不完善,治理效应不佳,影响着农业上市公司的绩效结果,继而放缓了农业行业的发展。因此,优化农业上市公司资本结构,提高我国农业上市公司的竞争力,成为亟待解决的问题。基于此,本文选取了一家农业上市公司,针对该企业资本结构现状及存在的问题,设计出该公司的最优资本结构区间,并提出优化对策,从而形成一套完整的YT公司资本结构的优化方案,也可以对其他农业上市公司有一定的借鉴作用。本文在对国内外研究现状分析的基础上,首先介绍了农业上市公司资本结构优化的背景和目的,并指出了资本结构优化对于农业上市公司的意义,同时说明了研究方法,并对资本结构的相关概念和理论进行了阐述。其次,以YT公司为例,分别从公司的基本情况,财务现状等方面进行了分析,并对YT公司的资本结构与同行业进行对比,发现YT公司在资本结构方面存在的问题,如负债水平过高,负债结构不合理,融资渠道单一,营运资金不足等。再次,在确定优化思路和优化目标的基础上通过静态与动态相结合的方法利用收集到的数据设计出YT公司最优资本结构区间,并针对该方案提出了对策。最后,为YT公司资本结构优化方案的顺利实施,从内部和外部两方面提出了保障措施。
[Abstract]:Agricultural listed companies represent the advanced productivity of the agricultural industry, have more adequate capital market support, as the agricultural industry leader, But at present, compared with other listed companies, there are many problems, such as imperfect capital structure, poor governance effect, affecting the performance of agricultural listed companies. Therefore, optimizing the capital structure of agricultural listed companies and improving the competitiveness of agricultural listed companies in China has become a problem to be solved urgently. Based on this, this paper selects an agricultural listed company. In view of the present situation and existing problems of the capital structure of the company, the optimal capital structure interval of the company is designed, and the optimization countermeasures are put forward, so as to form a complete set of optimization schemes for the capital structure of YT Company. It can also be used as a reference for other agricultural listed companies. Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper first introduces the background and purpose of the capital structure optimization of agricultural listed companies. It also points out the significance of capital structure optimization to agricultural listed companies, explains the research methods, and expounds the related concepts and theories of capital structure. Secondly, taking YT Company as an example, the paper analyzes the basic situation of the company. This paper analyzes the present financial situation and compares the capital structure of YT company with that of the same industry, and finds out that YT company has some problems in capital structure, such as high debt level, unreasonable debt structure, single financing channel, and so on. Thirdly, the optimal capital structure of YT Company is designed by combining static and dynamic methods with the collected data on the basis of determining the optimization ideas and objectives. Finally, for the YT company's capital structure optimization program to implement smoothly, from the internal and external aspects of the security measures.
