绿色建筑的经济价值与成本效益分析研究

【摘要】：建筑业作为国民经济的重要支柱产业,同时也是一个高资源消耗、低循环利用的行业,其自身发展的同时对环境也造成了极大的破坏。所以,绿色建筑的产生是这一行业的必然趋势。本文介绍了我国现阶段绿色建筑的发展状况,研究了绿色建筑在经济方面的价值,并对绿色建筑的成本效益进行了分析研究,以期使社会对于绿色建筑的经济效益有更加真实的认识,从而消除误解,真正推动绿色建筑行业的发展。
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry of national economy, construction industry is also a high resource consumption, low recycling industry, its own development at the same time caused great damage to the environment. The emergence of green building is the inevitable trend of this industry. This paper introduces the development of green building in our country at present, studies the value of green building in economy, and analyzes the cost benefit of green building. In order to make the society have a more real understanding of the economic benefits of green buildings, so as to eliminate misunderstandings and really promote the development of green building industry.
