F公司营运资金管理案例分析

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,企业竞争环境日益激烈,营运资金作为企业日常经营的核心,如何提高营运资金管理效率成为摆在管理层前面的一道难题。传统的营运资金管理评价体系由于未考虑经营各环节之间的联系,在不断发展的经济环境下弊端逐渐显现。直到2007年,王竹泉教授提出按渠道分类的新型营运资金管理评价体系,将资金管理活动分为采购、生产、营销及理财四个渠道,将资金管理与企业业务相连系。然而,这种新型管理评价体系尚未在我国广泛应用,其与企业实际业务如何结合仍有待研究。“一带一路”战略的提出及国家对“十三五”期间的规划都为非金属矿物制品业的发展提供了机遇。同时,在经济新常态下,我国经济对非金属矿产品的种类和质量的要求也在不断提高。由于其所属日用陶瓷子行业为人们日常生活必需品,且行业存在大而不强的不利现状,在国家政策带来的机遇与压力下,许多企业都有倒闭的风险。且本人在对现有文献进行总结梳理后,发现目前国内外针对营运资金管理的研究多限于大型集团企业或行业整体,极少关注中小型企业。因此,本文以非金属矿物制品业下子行业日用陶瓷产业为切入点,选择从做ODM代工起步,逐步发展自主品牌,成为艺术日用瓷的典型代表,并最终在世界高档日用陶瓷市场占有一席之地的F公司为案例进行研究。本文在对选题的背景、目的及意义进行简要阐述后,首先对F公司进行简要介绍,利用财务指标分析法对F公司目前的营运资金管理现状进行分析。其次,主要利用对比分析法,对F公司2011年-2015年营运资金管理策略、基于渠道的营运资金管理活动效率进行分析后,得出F公司在营运资金管理活动中存在的问题:资金来源及分配结构不合理、银行信用和商业信用利用率不高、生产渠道资金和理财渠道资金占用过多等,同时总结了企业管理层营运资金管理理念落后,导致各渠道营运资金分布不稳定。针对以上问题,基于渠道管理理论,设计包括采购、生产、营销及理财渠道的营运资金管理框架,并提出具体的解决方案。在论文的最后,本人基于对F公司营运资金管理活动的分析提出对非金属矿物制品业发展的启示:树立新型管理理念、建立先进信息系统、加强存货管理及合理分配资金来源。同时也希望可以为我国中小企业的发展提高一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the competitive environment of enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Working capital is the core of the daily operation of enterprises. How to improve the efficiency of working capital management has become a difficult problem in front of management. In 2007, Professor Wang Zhuquan proposed a new working capital management and evaluation system classified by channels, which divided the fund management activities into four channels: procurement, production, marketing and financial management. The new management evaluation system has not been widely used in our country. How to combine it with the actual business of the enterprise remains to be studied. The proposal of "Belt and Road" strategy and the state's plan for the 13th Five-Year Plan period provide opportunities for the development of the non-metallic mineral products industry. At the same time, under the new normal economic conditions, The economic requirements for the variety and quality of non-metallic mineral products in our country are also increasing. Due to the fact that the domestic ceramics industry belongs to the daily necessities of daily life, and the industry has a large but not strong disadvantage, Under the opportunity and pressure brought by national policies, many enterprises are at risk of bankruptcy. After summarizing and combing the existing literature, I find that the research on working capital management at home and abroad is limited to large group enterprises or industry as a whole. Little attention is paid to small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes the nonmetallic mineral products industry as the starting point, chooses to start from ODM contract industry, and gradually develops its own brand, and becomes a typical representative of art daily porcelain. Finally, F Company, which has a place in the world high-grade daily ceramics market, is studied as a case study. After briefly expounding the background, purpose and significance of the selected topic, this paper first briefly introduces F Company. This paper analyzes the current situation of working capital management in F Company by means of financial index analysis. Secondly, it mainly uses comparative analysis to analyze the working capital management strategy of F Company from 2011 to 2015. After analyzing the efficiency of working capital management activities based on channels, it is concluded that the problems existing in the working capital management activities of company F are unreasonable sources of funds and distribution structure, low utilization ratio of bank credit and commercial credit. Production channel funds and financial management channel funds occupy too much, at the same time summed up the management of working capital management concept behind, resulting in the distribution of operating funds in various channels is unstable. In view of the above problems, based on the channel management theory, Design a working capital management framework that includes purchasing, manufacturing, marketing and financing channels, and propose specific solutions. Based on the analysis of the working capital management activities of F Company, I put forward the enlightenment to the development of non-metallic mineral products industry: establishing a new management concept and establishing advanced information system, At the same time, we hope to improve the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
