卓越会计师人才培养模式探讨

【摘要】：无论从社会经济需求还是行业主管部门推动都迫切呼唤着高素质的卓越会计师人才诞生。文章围绕着能力本位和实践本位的专业培养目标,以能力输出导向的模块化课程教学体系为主要载体,从优化人才培养方案顶层设计、构建多元化实验实践教学、创新教学方法、强化师资队伍建设、健全质量评价与监控机制等方面来探索卓越会计师专业人才的培养模式。
[Abstract]:Both the social and economic needs and the promotion of the competent departments of the industry are urgently calling for the birth of outstanding accountants with high quality. The modular course teaching system guided by ability output is the main carrier, from optimizing the top level design of talent training scheme, constructing diversified experimental practice teaching, innovating teaching method, strengthening the construction of teaching staff. Improve the quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism to explore the training model of outstanding professional accountant.
