九鼎集团资本运作效果分析

【摘要】：在2008年金融危机发生之后,近十年来我国的私募行业得到快速地发展壮大,相关的利好政策不断推出支持该行业,九鼎集团正是抓住这难得的历史机遇发展壮大,九鼎集团的发展也是我国近些年金融行业发展的缩影。最近我国政府明确提出鼓励和支持私募股权投资行业,并同时加强对私募行业的监管,防止资金脱实向虚,不利于实体经济的发展。九鼎集团在成立之初注册资本仅仅为一千万元,通过登陆资本市场的方式进行大规模地融资,不断地并购不同的公司,获取不同的金融牌照,一举成为我国目前新三板市场市值最大的私募企业。九鼎集团在并购浪潮中迅速扩张,发展如此之快令外界惊叹,那么经过一系列的资本运作之后会对公司的发展带来怎样的影响以及在财务上是如何体现的。在财务上是否体现出良好的效果或者只是外表的假象而已,这些都是值得研究与探索的。对九鼎集团资本运作的成效进行研究分析,探索资本运作给其带来的影响并通过财务指标进行分析,有助于研究九鼎集团的成长途径,探索九鼎集团未来发展道路。本文主要采用理论知识与案例分析法,着重分析九鼎集团在进行资本运作后的实施效果。根据九鼎集团提出的发展战略目标,梳理与总结九鼎集团的资本运作过程,分析其在一系列的资本运作后是否实现当初所提出的战略目标,通过对九鼎集团的财务指标分析以及与同行业的企业对比分析得出相关结论,并对其存在的问题提出一些建议。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis of 2008, the private equity industry in our country has been developing rapidly in the past ten years, and the relevant favorable policies have been put forward to support the industry. The Jiuding Group has just seized this rare historical opportunity to develop and grow. The development of Jiuding Group is also a microcosm of the development of the financial industry in China in recent years. Recently, the Chinese government explicitly proposed to encourage and support the private equity investment industry, and at the same time to strengthen the supervision of the private equity industry so as to prevent the funds from going unrealistically. It is not conducive to the development of the real economy. The registered capital of the Jiuding Group at the beginning of its establishment was only 10 million yuan. Through the way of landing on the capital market, it carried out large-scale financing, continuously acquired different companies and obtained different financial licenses. It has become the largest private equity firm in China's new third-board market, market value. Jiuding Group has expanded rapidly in the wave of mergers and acquisitions, and the outside world has been amazed at how quickly it has developed. Well, after a series of capital operations, what impact will it have on the development of the company and how it will be reflected in financial terms? does it reflect good results in financial terms or is it just an illusion of appearance? All these are worthy of study and exploration. It is helpful to study the growth path of Jiuding Group by researching and analyzing the effectiveness of capital operation of Jiuding Group, exploring the influence of capital operation on it and analyzing the financial index. This paper mainly uses theoretical knowledge and case analysis to analyze the implementation effect of Jiuding Group after carrying out capital operation. According to the development strategy target of Jiuding Group, this paper mainly uses theoretical knowledge and case analysis method to analyze the future development path of Jiuding Group. Combing and summing up the capital operation process of Jiuding Group, and analyzing whether the Jiuding Group has achieved the strategic objectives put forward at the beginning after a series of capital operations. Through the analysis of the financial indexes of Jiuding Group and the comparative analysis with the enterprises of the same industry, this paper draws some conclusions and puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the financial index of Jiuding Group.
