机构投资者持股对农业上市公司绩效的影响

【摘要】：自2006年上市公司实施股权分置改革以来,机构投资者所持A股市值日益增加,机构投资者对上市公司的经营和治理也发挥着日益重要的作用。以农业上市公司为例,以机构投资者参与公司治理对企业绩效的影响为研究主题,选取2007~2011年沪、深两市农业上市公司数据,运用多元回归方法实证分析机构投资者持股对农业上市公司绩效的影响。实证结果表明,机构投资者持股对农业上市公司绩效有显著促进作用,并存在内生性问题;机构投资者对公司影响力的大小受第一大股东制约,减持第一大股东持股,加强股权制约有利于提高农业上市公司绩效。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the split share structure reform of listed companies in 2006, market value's holdings of A shares by institutional investors have been increasing day by day, and institutional investors have also played an increasingly important role in the management and governance of listed companies. Take agricultural listed companies as an example. Taking the influence of institutional investors' participation in corporate governance on corporate performance as the research topic, the data of agricultural listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2011 are selected. The effect of institutional investor holding on the performance of agricultural listed companies is empirically analyzed by using multiple regression method. The empirical results show that institutional investor ownership has significant effect on the performance of agricultural listed companies, and there are endogenous problems. The influence of institutional investors on the company is restricted by the largest shareholders, and the reduction of the ownership of the largest shareholder and the strengthening of equity constraints are conducive to improving the performance of agricultural listed companies.
