关于高校“三公”经费问题的思考

【摘要】：当前,"三公"经费监管已成为社会关注的焦点。高校是国家财政资金投入的重要主体,其"三公"经费信息是高校财务信息公开的关键内容。如何促进高校"三公"经费透明化,提高"三公"经费的监管力度,确保国家财政资金有效使用,是文章所探讨的基本问题。
[Abstract]:At present, the "three public" funds supervision has become the focus of social attention.Colleges and universities are the main body of national financial investment, and their "three public" funding information is the key content of the disclosure of financial information in colleges and universities.How to promote the transparency of the "three public" funds in colleges and universities, improve the supervision of the "three public" funds and ensure the effective use of the national financial funds are the basic problems discussed in this paper.
