中小制造企业财务管理问题探究

【摘要】：私营中小企业对我国经济发展的影响非常深远,不但增加了国民经济总收入,还创造了大量的就业岗位。但目前很多私营中小企业的财务管理体系非常不完善,不但无法保证财务数据的准确性,也无法有效防控财务风险。基于此,本文以中小制造企业为研究对象,分析这类企业存在的财务管理问题,并提出优化建议。
[Abstract]:The influence of private small and medium-sized enterprises on China's economic development is very profound, which not only increases the gross income of the national economy, but also creates a large number of jobs.But at present, the financial management system of many private SMEs is very imperfect, not only can not guarantee the accuracy of financial data, but also can not effectively prevent and control financial risks.Based on this, this paper takes small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises as the research object, analyzes the financial management problems existing in these enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.
