管理会计在地方政府投融资平台市场化转型中的作用

【摘要】：管理会计在提供会计信息的同时,还可以帮助管理层制定计划,进行控制和做出决策。地方政府投融资平台在当前市场化转型中遇到了一些困难,如战略方向不明确,商业模式模糊,债务负担沉重,责任主体不明确等问题。通过大力推进管理会计的体系和方法,可以使政府投融资平台公司明确发展战略,创新商业模式,化解存量债务,建立科学合理的考核评价体系。
[Abstract]:Management accounting provides accounting information while helping management to plan, control and make decisions.The local government investment and financing platform has encountered some difficulties in the current market-oriented transformation, such as unclear strategic direction, vague business model, heavy debt burden, unclear responsibility subject and so on.By vigorously promoting the management accounting system and methods, the government investment and financing platform company can make clear the development strategy, innovate the business model, resolve the stock debt, and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.
