【摘要】：正自2012年以来,中央、自治区陆续提出了八项规定以及厉行节约反对浪费等一系列要求,对国家机关工作人员的公务行为做出了新的、更严格的规定。2013年11月中共中央、国务院联合印发了《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》(以下简称《条例》),对党政机关经费管理、国内差旅费、因公出国、公务接待、公务用车、会议活动、办公用房、资源节约等做出全面规范,对宣传教育、监督检查、责任追究等工作提出明确要求,这项制度是党的群众
