湖南高校会计学专业“工学结合”实践教学模式探讨

【摘要】:目前湖南高校会计学专业校内实训基地建设投入不足、校外高质量的实训基地严重欠缺、各类见习实习效果不理想、实践教学课程体系不完善,且真正能满足实践教学需要的"双师双能型"师资不足。"工学结合"的会计学专业实践教学模式,从完善会计学专业实践教学课程体系、开展校企合作、建立完善的实践教学基地等多方面入手,提高湖南高校会计学专业实践教学效果,提升学生的专业素养。
[Abstract]:At present, there is insufficient investment in the construction of training bases for accounting majors in Hunan colleges and universities, a serious lack of high quality training bases outside the university, unsatisfactory results of all kinds of apprenticeships, and imperfect curriculum system of practical teaching. And the "double teachers and abilities" teachers who can really meet the needs of practical teaching are insufficient. The practical teaching mode of accounting specialty based on the combination of work and study begins with perfecting the course system of practical teaching for accounting major, carrying out cooperation between schools and enterprises, establishing perfect practical teaching base, and so on. To improve the practical teaching effect of accounting major in Hunan colleges and universities, and to improve the students' professional accomplishment.
