【摘要】：为加强资金链管理,A油田在年度投资预算和生产经营预算的基础上编制年度资金预算和计划,并在不同油价下进行资金压力测试,按照成本最低的原则制订债务融资方案。同时,在日常运营过程中加强资金控制,保障企业价值增值目标的实现。
