食品安全视角下农副食品加工业融资效率分析与技术创新能力研究

【摘要】:农副食品加工业的融资效率关乎技术创新投入,也直接影响食品安全。基于2007~2012年间我国农副食品加工业上市公司的动态面板数据,采用DEA-malmquist全要素指数分析法,从融资成本的节约和融入资产的配置两个维度考察并分析30家农副食品加工企业的融资效率和技术创新能力。研究结论表明,目前我国农副食品加工企业仅局限于改善自身盈利状况和成长能力,并未认识到节约融资成本的重要性,以致融资和技术创新能力整体偏低,对食品安全构成一定风险。
[Abstract]:The financing efficiency of agricultural food processing industry is related to technological innovation investment, and also directly affects food safety. Based on the dynamic panel data of agricultural and subsidiary food processing companies in China from 2007 to 2012, the DEA-malmquist full-factor index analysis method is used. The financing efficiency and technological innovation ability of 30 agri-food processing enterprises were investigated and analyzed from the two dimensions of saving financing cost and integrating into asset allocation. The results show that, at present, the agri-food processing enterprises in our country are limited to improving their profitability and growth ability, and do not realize the importance of saving the financing cost, resulting in the overall low ability of financing and technological innovation. A certain risk to food safety.
