畜牧业上市公司募集资金利用效率评价

【摘要】：以2011年公开发行新股募集资金的深圳市金新农科技股份有限公司、唐人神集团股份有限公司和安徽辉隆农资集团股份有限公司为研究对象,分析评价畜牧业上市公司首次公开发行募集资金的利用效率。结果表明:畜牧业上市公司募集资金利用效率较低,造成了公司经营业绩的下滑。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Jinxinong Technology Co., Ltd., which raised new shares in 2011, Tangrenshen Group Co., Ltd., and Anhui Huilong Agricultural Capital Group Co., Ltd. To analyze and evaluate the utilization efficiency of the funds raised in the initial public offering of listed animal husbandry companies. The results show that the efficiency of raising funds is low, which results in the decline of the company's operating performance.
