科能公司财务精细化管理研究

【摘要】:伴随着全球经济的扩展,中小企业在面临机遇的同时也接受着挑战。财务管理作为企业管理的重中之重,其作用尤为重要,直接影响着企业竞争力的大小。精细化财务管理就是把精细化融入到财务管理之中,能随时适应外部市场的变化。不仅使企业的财务管理更加精和细,还能通过结合自身情况的管理,使企业在面对外界变化时及时做出调整。规范财务活动,提高监督能力,确保资金使用效率,通过科学的管理方法及准确的财务数据分析,为企业各项决策提供可靠依据,使企业更适合当前新形势环境下企业的发展。本文以科能公司为研究对象,基于精细化管理理论、财务精细化管理理论、全面预算管理理论和成本精细化管理理论。首先对科能公司概况及财务管理的现状进行了分析,引出科能公司实施精细化财务管理的必要性。结合对科能公司实地调查了解其财务精细化管理的方法,重点论述了财务精细化管理的内容,通过对全面预算管理,精细化成本管理及资金资产管理等具体实施的管理内容的论述发现其存在的不足;最后结合企业财务管理的特点,提出进一步完善财务精细化管理的具体建议措施。本文理论结合实践,具有较为实际的效用,对科能公司提高企业管理水平、降低成本、提高经济效益具有指导性意义;同时为同类型企业提供财务精细化管理参考,改变中小型企业传统财务管理模式。通过细化企业各项生产成本、增强企业的经营能力和盈利能力,以精细化财务管理作为企业管理变革的重要支撑,以科学的管理方法实现企业利润最大化的目标。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the global economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing opportunities as well as challenges. As the most important part of enterprise management, financial management plays a very important role and directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises. Finer financial management is to integrate fineness into financial management and adapt to the changes of external market at any time. It not only makes the financial management of the enterprise more refined and detailed, but also can make the enterprise adjust in time in the face of external changes by combining the management of its own situation. Standardizing financial activities, improving supervision ability, ensuring the efficiency of the use of funds, through scientific management methods and accurate financial data analysis, to provide a reliable basis for enterprises to make decisions, making enterprises more suitable for the development of enterprises under the current new situation. Based on fine management theory, financial fine management theory, comprehensive budget management theory and cost refinement management theory, this paper takes Koneng Company as the research object. Firstly, the general situation and the present situation of financial management are analyzed, and the necessity of implementing finer financial management is introduced. Combined with the field investigation of Koneng Company to understand the methods of its financial fine management, this paper mainly discusses the contents of financial fine management, and through the comprehensive budget management, The detailed management contents such as cost management and capital asset management are discussed, and the shortcomings are found. Finally, some concrete suggestions are put forward to further improve the financial fine management in combination with the characteristics of enterprise financial management. Combining theory with practice, this paper has practical utility, which has instructive significance for improving enterprise management level, reducing cost and improving economic benefit, and providing reference for financial fine management for the same type of enterprise. Change the traditional financial management mode of small and medium enterprises. Through the refinement of the production cost and the enhancement of the management ability and profitability of the enterprise, the fine financial management is regarded as the important support of the enterprise management reform, and the goal of maximizing the profit of the enterprise is realized by the scientific management method.
