【摘要】：集团差旅费的管控不严格是增加差旅支出的重要因素,需要制定科学的管控政策来降低企业的发展成本。本文主要探究集团差旅费的管控政策与实施,通过分析集团差旅费管控问题,制定了严格的差旅费计划、控制差旅费细则、与绩效挂钩以及运用科技手段等措施,以期可以严格的控制企业的差旅费,降低企业的发展成本。
[Abstract]:Group travel is not strictly controlled is an important factor in increasing travel expenses, need to formulate scientific control policies to reduce the development costs of enterprises. This paper mainly probes into the control policy and implementation of group travel, through analyzing the management and control of group travel, making strict travel plan, controlling travel rules, linking with performance and using scientific and technological means, etc. In order to strictly control the travel costs of enterprises, reduce the development costs of enterprises.
