30年前的乡下老会计

【摘要】：正1986年10月,20出头的我考入了一乡镇财政所。30年了,我一直记着当年的"师傅"们。所长一般是老的公社财粮员或部队转业干部,所员是从社会上招来的高考落榜生,偶尔也有安排过来的大中专毕业生。所员中很多人都是从当时的乡镇企业会计或农村大队会计中择优选拔上来,后来成为财政所的骨干。
[Abstract]:In October 1986, I was admitted to a township finance institute in my early 20s. For 30 years, I always remembered the "masters". The director is usually an old commissary or army cadre, who is a member of the college entrance examination, and occasionally graduates of colleges and secondary schools. Many of them were selected from the accountants of the township enterprises or the rural brigade, and later became the backbone of the finance institute.
