纪念新中国注册会计师事业的开拓者杨纪琬教授

【摘要】：正杨纪琬教授一生以会计法规制度建设、会计学术研究和会计人才培养为己任,倾注毕生的精力、心血和智慧,为新中国会计事业发展作出了杰出贡献。特别是从1980年至1996年,杨纪琬教授担任财政部会计制度司司长和顾问、中国会计学会常务副会长兼秘书长、中国注册会计师协会会长和高级顾问,在财政部党组以及主管部领导的支持下,与会计制度司、中国会计学会、中国注册会计师协会同事共同努力,推动恢复重建注册会计师制度,起草《注册会计师条例》,组建中国注册会计师协会,推进注册会计
[Abstract]:Professor Yang Jiwan devoted his life to the construction of accounting laws and regulations, the academic research of accounting and the training of accounting talents. He devoted all his life's energy, effort and wisdom to the development of accounting in New China. In particular, from 1980 to 1996, Professor Yang Jiwan served as the Director and adviser of the Accounting system Department of the Ministry of Finance, the Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Chinese Accounting Society, the Director and Senior adviser of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants, With the support of the Party Group of the Ministry of Finance and the leadership of the Ministry of Finance, together with colleagues from the Accounting system Department, the Chinese Accounting Society and the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants, they are promoting the restoration and reconstruction of the CPA system and the drafting of the regulations on Certified Public Accountants, Setting up China Institute of Certified Public Accountants to promote Certified Accounting
