城市商业银行经营绩效的评价研究——基于EVA模型和DEA模型的分析

【摘要】：国际经济形势不容乐观,我国金融市场环境复杂多变,特别是城商行地区间发展不平衡,如何全面、客观正确评价我国地区间城市商业银行的经营绩效具有重要的指导意义,借助EVA模型和DEA模型对2013-2015年东部、西部、中部和东北地区共12家城市商业银行的总体经营绩效进行评价,以模型评价结果来考察地区间经济发展增速对城商行经营效率的影响。结论认为:中东部地区连续多年的高速增长,导致东部和中部地区的规模报酬递减,西部地区城商行的经营效率正逐步赶超中东部地区。
[Abstract]:The international economic situation is not optimistic, the financial market environment of our country is complex and changeable, especially the development of the city commercial bank is not balanced, how to evaluate the management performance of the city commercial bank in our country objectively and correctly has the important guiding significance. With the help of EVA model and DEA model, this paper evaluates the overall operating performance of 12 urban commercial banks in the eastern, western, central and northeast regions from 2013 to 2015. The effect of regional economic growth on the management efficiency of urban commercial banks is investigated by the results of model evaluation. The conclusion is that the rapid growth of the central and eastern regions for many years has led to the decline of the returns of scale in the eastern and central regions, and the management efficiency of the urban commercial banks in the western region is gradually catching up with that of the central and eastern regions.
