亭林镇“村、经”分账管理的实践与思考

【摘要】：正金山区亭林镇自2014年开始推进农村集体经济组织产权制度改革试点,已历时两年,在全镇15个村成立了村经济合作社,并进一步明晰产权,全面实行了"村、经"分账管理。一、基本情况2014年,亭林镇在新巷、驳岸、后岗3个村率先开展村级农村集体经济组织产权制度改革试点工作。通过试点积累村级产权制度改革工作经验,第二年村级产权制度改革工作全面推开。至2015年6月底,全镇15个村全部成立了村经济合作社,
[Abstract]:Since 2014, Tinglin Town in Zhengjinshan District has started to promote the reform of the property right system of rural collective economic organizations. It has lasted for two years. The village economic co-operatives have been set up in 15 villages of the whole town, and the property rights have been further clarified, and the management of "village, economic division" has been carried out in an all-round way. First, the basic situation in 2014, Ting Lin Town in the new alleys, barges, Hougang three villages to carry out the village level of collective economic organization property rights reform pilot work. Through the pilot accumulation of village property rights system reform experience, the second year village property rights system reform work. By the end of June 2015, village economic cooperatives had been set up in all 15 villages of the town.
