低油价下北美地区降低钻完井作业成本的主要做法及启示

【摘要】:自国际油价大幅度下跌以来,北美地区的页岩油气生产在降本增效方面采取了一系列有效的技术手段和方法,无论是压裂设计、钻完井设计,还是现场施工和作业管理等都有新突破。主要体现在:实施老井重复压裂,增加压裂段数并加大支撑剂量;加大水平井段长度,单井场多产层,应用水循环系统降低用水成本;减少非作业时间,压缩材料成本;对材料、管理、设计进行综合优化。学习借鉴北美地区的做法和经验,中国油气田降低成本必须应用多种手段对钻完井设计、井场设计、生产组织、工艺技术、现场管理等进行系统优化,对关键技术进行优化组合。
