高校国有资产精细化管理路径探析

【摘要】：高等教育已进入大众化阶段,作为高校重要办学基础保障条件的国有资产,数量日趋庞大,种类繁多,资金投入迅猛增加。国有资产管理科学与否,直接影响高校办学整体效益。高校要转变观念,改变传统粗放式管理方式,加强创新,从"机制、制度、执行、技术和效果"5个层面,探索国有资产精细化管理路径,以利提高国有资产管理综合效益。
[Abstract]:Higher education has entered the stage of popularization. The state-owned assets, which are important conditions for running schools in colleges and universities, are becoming larger and larger in number and variety, and the investment of funds is increasing rapidly. Whether the management of state-owned assets is scientific or not has a direct impact on the overall efficiency of running a university. In order to improve the comprehensive benefit of state-owned assets management, colleges and universities should change their ideas, change traditional extensive management methods, strengthen innovation, and explore the meticulous management path of state-owned assets from the five aspects of "mechanism, system, execution, technology and effect".
