财务视角下的VMI在饮料行业中的应用研究

【摘要】：VMI作为新型的库存管理模式,将企业的库存延伸至供应链层面,通过将库存管理转移给供应商,极大地拓展了库存管理的效率。D企业作为供应链中的核心企业,通过积极的实行VMI,不仅降低了企业自身的库存成本,还为客户提供了更好的服务,提高了整个供应链的运营效率。文章从财务视角,介绍了企业VMI的实施及其效果,并对财务部门在VMI中的工作提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:As a new inventory management model, VMI extends the inventory of enterprises to the supply chain level, and greatly expands the efficiency of inventory management by transferring inventory management to suppliers. As the core enterprise in the supply chain, the enterprise not only reduces the inventory cost of the enterprise itself, but also provides customers with better service and improves the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain. This paper introduces the implementation and effect of enterprise VMI from the perspective of finance, and puts forward some suggestions on the work of financial department in VMI.
