【摘要】：SI（Support and Infill）集合住宅作为一种有别于传统住宅的新型住宅模式，是住宅理念与技术的重要进步。但是，随着SI集合住宅各方面研究的不断深入，有关其策划方面的系统研究却还没有引起业内人士的广泛注意。实际上，SI集合住宅在策划方面具有非常明显的区别于普通住宅的特征，具有重要的研究价值和空间。本文在广泛搜集相关研究成果的基础上，根据对建筑策划与建筑设计交叉领域的研究，首次提出了“设计阶段策划”这一重要理念，并以此为原点，展开了对SI集合住宅设计阶段特征性策划方法的深入研究。根据对建筑策划流程模式的分析，分别对前期调研、支撑体策划与填充体策划三个主要阶段进行了深入的探讨，构成了本文的主要研究线索。在参考了国内外大量研究资料的基础上，，结合实态调研和自身的研究，提出了有关支撑体策划与填充体策划的完整理论，并对两者的实践方法与应用技术进行了详细的论述。本文的研究目的主要在于两点：一是完善SI集合住宅的理论研究，深入探讨有关其策划领域的系统理论框架；二是为SI集合住宅的设计实践提供充足而必要的理论支持。本文的研究重点在于策划方法与技术手段的系统研究，其研究成果具有很强的可操作性，可以直接用于SI集合住宅的设计和建造实践。
[Abstract]:SI (Support and Infill) housing as a new residential mode different from the traditional residential, residential concept and technology is an important progress. However, with the SI housing all aspects of the in-depth study, the planning system research has not attracted extensive attention of the industry. In fact, characteristics the SI housing planning has very obvious difference in the ordinary residential, has important research value and space.
Based on the extensive collection of relevant research results, according to the cross field research and architecture design of architecture plan, first proposed the "design planning" is an important concept, and take it as a starting point, in-depth study of residential design stage characteristic planning method sets for SI. According to the analysis process of planning mode in architecture the respectively on the preliminary research, planning and planning support body filling three main stages are discussed, which leads to the main contents of this article. After referring to a large number of research materials at home and abroad, based on the actual state of research and the related theory put forward the integrated support plan and filling body planning, and the practice method and application technology are discussed in detail.
The purpose of this research lies in two points: one is to improve the theoretical research of SI residential collection, in-depth study of the theoretical framework in the field of planning system; two is a collection of residential design practice for the SI to provide sufficient and necessary theoretical support. This paper focuses on the research of system planning methods and techniques, the research results it has strong operability, can be directly used for the design and construction practice of the SI housing.
