【摘要】：BIM技术在建筑行业内广泛推广,引起了地理信息行业对这项新技术的关注。本文将BIM提出的全生命周期管理的理念应用到智慧园区的建设中,介绍了地下管线全生命周期管理、三维规划辅助审批管理和园区运营阶段的管理,突出了全生命周期管理的实现。最后对BIM技术和三维GIS技术的结合进行了展望。
[Abstract]:BIM technology has been widely spread in the construction industry, which has attracted the attention of the geographic information industry. In this paper, the concept of full life cycle management proposed by BIM is applied to the construction of the wisdom park. This paper introduces the whole life cycle management of underground pipeline, the assistant approval management of 3D planning and the management of park operation stage. The realization of whole life cycle management is highlighted. Finally, the combination of BIM technology and 3D GIS technology is prospected.
