钢管约束高强灌浆料局部承压及抗冲切性能研究

【摘要】:随着灌浆料的快速发展,它的应用领域也越来越广泛。目前对灌浆料的研究主要是在配制和特性等方面,而在力学性能方面和相关的计算方法方面研究却极少。本课题主要是根据高强灌浆料在预制装配式节点连接装置中的应用,从局部承压和抗冲切两种受力形式来研究钢管约束作用下的高强灌浆料的破坏特性和受力特点,从而提出钢管约束高强灌浆料在两种受力形式下的极限承载力计算公式,填补灌浆料在力学性能方面研究的空白。 通过对10个灌浆料强度为C80、高度为171mm、外径为114mm的圆钢管约束高强灌浆料试件进行局部承压试验,从钢管不同壁厚和类型两方面对其受力特点和破坏形式方面进行了研究。钢管约束高强灌浆料的破坏属于劈裂破坏,随着钢管壁厚的增大,钢管约束作用越强,极限承载力也越大;试件的钢管上部比下部变形大,相应对灌浆料的约束作用也大;提出了局部承压荷载作用下圆钢管约束高强灌浆料的极限承载力修正公式,该公式是在灌浆料强度等级为C80,套箍指标小于1.5时得出的,可以用于钢管约束高强灌浆料极限承载力计算。 对24个高度为115mm、外径为219mm的钢管约束高强灌浆料试件进行了抗冲切试验研究,从灌浆料强度、冲切角度、弹簧环数量等方面展开对试件抗冲切性能的研究。钢管约束高强灌浆料破坏形态是脆性破坏;冲切角度和灌浆料强度越大,试件的极限承载力就越大;配置弹簧环的数量对灌浆料极限承载力影响不大,而弹簧环位置影响却很大;提出了钢管约束高强灌浆料极限承载力的计算公式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of grouting material, its application field is more and more widely. The research of grouting material is mainly in the preparation and characteristic, but rarely in the study of mechanical properties and related calculation methods. This paper is mainly based on high strength grouting material connection device application in prefabricated joints from the local pressure, and punching two stress form to study high-strength grouting steel tube confined under the action of material damage characteristics and stress characteristics, thus put forward the steel tube confined high strength grouting material in the limit of two kinds of force under the form of bearing capacity calculation formula of grouting material, fill the gaps in the study of the mechanical properties.
Through the 10 grouting material strength is C80, height 171mm, diameter of circular steel tube confined high strength grouting material 114mm local bearing test specimens from steel tubes with different mechanical properties and failure forms were studied by two aspects of wall thickness and type of steel tube confined high strength grouting material. The damage to splitting failure with the increase of the thickness of steel tube, steel tube, more strong constraint, the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel tube; try upper than the lower deformation, the corresponding large constraint on grouting material; put forward the role of local pressure load circular steel tube confined high strength grouting material limit the corrected formula of bearing capacity, the formula in the grouting material strength grade is C80, the confinement index is less than 1.5 that can be used to calculate the bearing capacity of steel tube confined high strength grouting material limit.
The 24 height 115mm, diameter 219mm tube confined high strength grouting material for punching test specimens from grouting material strength, cutting angle, hand ring spring number of punching properties of specimens. The steel tube confined high strength grouting material is brittle failure form of punching failure; cutting angle and grouting material strength increases, the ultimate bearing capacity of specimen is greater; configuration of the number of spring ring on the ultimate bearing capacity of grouting material has little effect, while the spring ring position had great influence; put forward the calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity of steel tube confined high strength grouting material limit.
