【摘要】:高校招生规模的扩大使很多高校逐步扩建和新建,大学新区的建设在取得重大成就的同时,也存在一些问题,如校园特质不明显、户外空间设计忽略使用者需求等,这些都值得进一步观察与探讨。本文通过文献回顾及对使用者认知地图的调查,构建了大学新区户外空间的认知评价体系,分析与评价了合肥市大学新区户外空间并总结其设计的不足,进而提出户外空间整治的原则与对策,以期为大学新区户外空间的整治提供具体的参考方向。 感知过的空间环境在记忆中重现的形象就是认知地图。文章对认知地图理论和实践进行总结,以城市认知要素为架构基础得出大学新区认知的构成要素和影响要素,进而构建大学新区户外空间认知的评价体系。采用图片法、认知草图绘制、问卷调查等认知地图方法对合肥市大学新区学生群体进行调查,对校园户外空间进行分析并评价。得到合肥市大学新区户外空间的特点与不足:合肥市大学新区户外空间的认知草图阶段类型以空间型为主,标志要素的设计较差,道路要素在学生印象中出现率较高,但方向感不强,定位准确度不高;校园核心区域不够清晰,分区距离不适宜,出现了学生公共认知图的核心与规划中心不一致的情况;部分学校的公共认知地图中出现空白区和不安全区,这说明其发展用地普遍未得到充分的利用;当公共认知范围的临界值M1约为1/3、M2约为1/4时校园户外空间层次清晰、重点突出,可以给学生留下深刻(同意率>70%)或较深刻(同意率>50%)的印象;虽然合肥市大学新区户外空间的归属感、安全感和舒适感均较好,但文化氛围不足,,建筑和景观特色不鲜明,空间环境的设计与校园定位、学科特色的结合方面有待加强;有些校园的空间架构不清晰,建筑或道路命名无特色,校园轴线关系不清晰;公共认知图受专业和性别的影响明显。 文章在以上研究的基础上,从认知角度提出了合肥市大学新区户外空间整治的原则与对策,以期为大学新区户外空间的整治提供具体的操作模式。大学新区户外空间的整治应有整体和发展的眼光,在充分了解学生的使用特点的基础上本着空间体系层次复合性、认知要素关联性简明性、使用群体共同参与、地域文化与学科特色等原则,主要应从以下几个方面着手:应统一功能区风格,各分区应紧密联系;提升雕塑小品的内涵,设置特色标志物系统;明确校园核心区域层次,保证核心区可达性;规划清晰的道路网,突出校园轴线系统;统一建筑的整体风格,突出其个性特征;确定中心景观的合适位置,基础设施应齐全;明确校园的主题,保证道路景观的连续性;合理利用发展用地,提高户外空间使用效率。 本文构建了大学新区户外空间的认知评价体系,在调研的基础上对合肥市大学新区进行了认知状况的分析与评价,得出其户外空间的特点,在此基础上了针对合肥市大学新区户外空间提出整治原则和策略,具有一定的理论和现实意义。文章给其它大学新区户外空间的评价和整治提供了参考方向,希望规划者在校园规划中真正考虑到使用者的需求,做到以人为本,创造出有特色的大学校园户外空间环境。
[Abstract]:The expansion of college enrollment to many colleges and universities gradually expansion and new construction in the District, the university has made significant achievements at the same time, there are also some problems, such as the characteristics of the campus outdoor space design is not obvious, neglecting the needs of users, these are worthy of further observation and discussion. This paper surveys and on users' cognitive map through literature review, construction the cognitive evaluation system of university outdoor space area, analysis and evaluation of Hefei City University of new outdoor space and summarizes its design problems, and puts forward the principles and Countermeasures of outdoor space renovation, renovation in order to provide reference for the new University outdoor space specific direction.
The space environment perception in the memory to reproduce the image is based on cognitive map. Cognitive map theory and practice, to city cognitive elements as the important elements that the architecture based University of new cognition and influencing factors, then construct the new university outdoor space cognitive evaluation system. Using the image method, cognitive sketch, questionnaire investigation of cognitive map method to carry on the investigation to Hefei City University of new student groups, to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of the outdoor space of campus. The Hefei City University of new outdoor space and the lack of cognitive sketch types in Hefei City University of new outdoor space to space the main design elements of the road sign of poor, elements in the student impression the higher occurrence rate, but is not strong sense of direction, the positioning accuracy is not high; the core area of the campus is not clear enough, the partition distance is not appropriate, the school The core of the public cognitive map and planning center inconsistencies; blank area and safe area public cognitive map of some schools, this shows that the development of land generally have not been fully utilized; the critical value when the public perception of the scope of the M1 is about 1/3, M2 is about 1/4 when the campus outdoor space level clear, focused, can give students a profound (consent rate > 70%) or deep (consent rate > 50%) impression; although Hefei City University of new outdoor space of belonging, sense of security and comfort are good, but the lack of culture, architecture and landscape characteristic, design and planning of campus space the environment, combined with the subject characteristics needs to be strengthened; some of the campus space structure is not clear, the building or road named Moteshai, campus axis relations is not clear; the influence of public cognitive map by professional and gender significantly.
Based on the above research, put forward the principles and Countermeasures of Hefei City University of new outdoor space renovation from the perspective of cognition regulation in order to provide new university outdoor space specific mode of operation. University of new outdoor space renovation should be the overall development vision, based on the full understanding of the use of the characteristics of students on the line the space hierarchy compound, cognitive relevance factor of concise, user groups to participate in the regional culture and the subject characteristics, principles, mainly from the following aspects: functional areas should be unified style, each district should be closely linked; to enhance the meaning of sculpture, set up the characteristic marker system; clear the core regional level, guarantee the core area of accessibility of road network planning; clear, prominent campus axis system; overall unified style building, highlighting its characteristics determine the center; The proper location of the landscape and the infrastructure should be complete. Clear the theme of the campus, ensure the continuity of the road landscape, make rational use of the development land and improve the efficiency of the outdoor space.
This paper constructs a cognitive evaluation system of University of new outdoor space, on the basis of research carried out analysis and evaluation of the cognitive status of Hefei University District, concludes the characteristics of the outdoor space, on the basis of the Hefei City University of new outdoor space proposed remediation principles and strategies, has a certain theoretical and practical significance. The evaluation to other university outdoor space and the new regulation provides a reference, hope planners in the campus planning, taking into account the real needs of the users, people-oriented, create a unique campus outdoor space environment.
