特大城市空间拓展过程中产业园区发展模式研究

【摘要】：现代城市化水平和城市规模是区域和国家竞争力的主要平衡指标。特大城市作为区域性的中心城市,汇集了就业机会,并形成产业的集聚发展。产业集聚的载体是各类产业园区。产业园区属于城市经济或与城市经济紧密联系的组成部分,具有专业分工、区域引导和辐射功能。在特大城市空间拓展过程中,产业园区主要在产业与空间两个方面经历了转型升级发展。其在产业方面进行转型升级主要表现在区域间的产业互动发展提升了园区的核心竞争力,包括对于产业园区产业集聚水平和层次的提升、区域产业资源的高效配置、园区投资环境的优化等几方面。而在空间上的发展主要表现在从传统的产城分离的园区发展模式向产城融合的发展模式的转变,是园区与城市功能相融合,从而形成从园区到城市功能区的转型升级。主要包括分层次优化产业空间、加强园区规划和土地统筹管理、完善园区配套与实现职住平衡等几方面。本文首先对于国内外特大城市空间拓展与产业园区的相关内容进行研究。主要从特大城市空间拓展、产业园区、特大城市空间拓展与产业园区发展的关系三方面进行研究,并通过典型案例进行分析,这也是本文之后的研究基础。在此基础上,针对特大城市空间拓展过程中产业园区遇到的问题,从产业和空间两个方面进行论述。在产业方面,针对特大城市产业园区产业发展方面面临的瓶颈,提出区域产业互动发展提升园区核心竞争力的解决方案。在空间方面,针对目前产业园区“孤岛”式的发展,提出了产城融合的发展模式,指导园区从传统的产业园区模式向产城融合模式的战略转型。同时,本文以位于北京市的中关村生命科学园为实践项目案例,针对北京城市空间拓展过程中产业园区发展遇到的问题,从产业、空间、道路交通、生态景观等方面进行研究,并提出相应的解决方案。最后,针对本文的主要研究成果进行总结,并提出进一步的研究思路。
[Abstract]:The modern urbanization level and city scale is the main balance index of regional and national competitiveness of large city as the regional center of the city, a collection of jobs, and the formation of industrial agglomeration. Finally, the main research results of this paper are summarized. And put forward ideas for further research.
