【摘要】:钢-混凝土组合梁通过混凝土与钢材这两种材料的有机组合,使组合结构充分发挥混凝土的抗压性能以及钢材的抗拉性能,从而达到节约材料、提升经济效益的目的。预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁是在将高强混凝土应用于钢骨混凝土梁的基础上,结合预应力技术而形成的一种新型结构。预应力技术的使用可以降低梁的截面高度,节约了钢材,同时也使造价降低;预应力施加后可以调整结构的内力分布,增加组合梁弹性工作的范围,延迟了组合梁屈服的时间,并且延缓了混凝土开裂的时间,使组合梁的正常使用性能得到提升。在钢骨高强混凝土梁的基础上各方面的性能将更加优越。 如今,钢-混凝土组合结构以其优良性能得到广泛应用。国内外在普通预应力钢骨混凝土构件受力性能方面的研究较多,且对预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁研究则主要集中在单调静力荷载作用下构件的抗剪受力性能及抗弯受力性能分析方面,而在低周反复荷载作用下预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁的受力性能方面研究极少,且缺乏相关设计规范,使得预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁设计、施工缺乏强有力的理论支持。因此,进行预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁的非线性分析是非常必要的。本文结合存在的问题,开展以下4方面的研究: 1.基于高强混凝土本构模型,,利用ABAQUS软件建立型钢混凝土组合梁有限元模型,完成静力加载分析,提出正确的有限元建模方法; 2.将静力加载分析获得的荷载-位移曲线与已有试验数据进行对比,验证选取的本构模型和建模方法的正确性。 3.改变预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁的部分参数,如梁的跨高比、混凝土的强度等级、H型钢布置形式、体积配箍率、纵向钢筋配筋率、预应力大小等来研究各个因素对预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁在往复荷载作用下的性能影响,获得上述参数对梁力学性能的影响规律。 4.基于滞回分析所获得的荷载-位移曲线,引入截面型钢刚度与截面总刚度之比系数,利用IstOpt软件回归得到预应力钢骨高强混凝土梁荷载-位移恢复力模型,为预应力钢骨高强混凝土框架结构的弹塑性动力分析提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Through the organic combination of concrete and steel, steel-concrete composite beam can make the composite structure give full play to the compressive performance of concrete and the tensile property of steel, so that the material can be saved. The purpose of improving economic benefit is to apply high strength concrete to steel reinforced concrete beam. The application of prestress technology can reduce the cross section height of beam, save steel, and reduce the cost at the same time. The internal force distribution of the composite beam can be adjusted after the prestress is applied, the elastic working range of the composite beam can be increased, the yield time of the composite beam is delayed, and the time of concrete cracking is delayed. The normal service performance of composite beam is improved, and the performance of steel reinforced high strength concrete beam will be better than that of steel reinforced high strength concrete beam. Nowadays, steel-concrete composite structures are widely used for their excellent performance. There are many researches on the mechanical behavior of prestressed steel reinforced concrete members at home and abroad. The research on prestressed steel high strength concrete beams is mainly focused on the shear behavior and bending behavior analysis of the members under monotone static load. However, there is little research on the mechanical behavior of prestressed steel reinforced high-strength concrete beams under low cyclic cyclic loading, and the lack of relevant design specifications makes the design of prestressed high-strength steel reinforced concrete beams. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out nonlinear analysis of prestressed steel reinforced high-strength concrete beam. In this paper, combining with the existing problems, the following four aspects of research are carried out: 1. Based on the constitutive model of high strength concrete, the finite element model of steel reinforced concrete composite beam is established by using ABAQUS software, the static loading analysis is completed, and the correct finite element modeling method is put forward. 2.Compared the load-displacement curve obtained by static load analysis with the existing experimental data, and verified the correctness of the selected constitutive model and modeling method. 3. Changing some parameters of prestressed steel high strength concrete beam, such as span height ratio of beam, strength grade of concrete and H-section steel layout, volume hoop ratio and longitudinal reinforcement ratio. The influence of various factors on the behavior of prestressed steel reinforced high-strength concrete beams under reciprocating load is studied, and the effects of the above parameters on the mechanical properties of the beams are obtained. 4. Based on the load-displacement curve obtained by hysteretic analysis, the ratio coefficient of section section stiffness to section total stiffness is introduced. The load-displacement restoring force model of prestressed steel reinforced high-strength concrete beam is obtained by IstOpt software regression, which provides a reference for elastic-plastic dynamic analysis of prestressed steel high strength concrete frame structure.
