【摘要】：随着杭州城市轨道交通以及运营网络的建设与发展,以轨道交通枢纽站点为中心的交通枢纽将逐步形成,这些城市交通枢纽站点无疑将会成为杭州未来城市新的重要节点和生活中心。合理的交通枢纽站点将促进公共交通引导下的土地开发,也对交通设施运营效率产生非常大的影响,与城市居民的生活息息相关。因此,选择适宜的交通设施及其周边城市用地布局,对于未来杭州市交通枢纽站点区域的发展以及杭州市未来城市建设与发展都具有非常重要的意义。本文总结了轨道交通枢纽站的发展与功能、类型、换乘等方面的内容,详细分析了交通与土地利用之间的关系,将理论的研究与实证的分析相结合,通过对国内外相关案例的系统分析,剖析了交通枢纽站点空间分布特征与换乘方式,分析两者之间内在的联系,形成公交优先、交通枢纽站点一体化设计的指导思想。论文通过分析杭州市未来交通枢纽站点的发展特点,结合交通枢纽站的先进经验与发展趋势,提出建立枢纽站点以“换乘”为核心的一体化公交络系统、明确枢纽站点交通设施土地利用控制要素、改善枢纽站点慢行交通系统环境的发展对策。以期论文的研究成果对促进杭州市未来交通枢纽站规划建设,优化交通设施与土地使用的关系具有实用意义。
[Abstract]:With the construction and development of Hangzhou urban rail transit and operation network, the transportation hub centered on rail transit hub will be gradually formed. These urban transportation hub stations will undoubtedly become the new important node and life center of Hangzhou city in the future. Reasonable traffic hub stations will promote the land development under the guidance of public transportation. Also has a great impact on the operational efficiency of transport facilities, and is closely related to the life of urban residents. Therefore, choose the appropriate traffic facilities and their surrounding urban land layout. It is of great significance for the future development of Hangzhou traffic hub area and the future urban construction and development of Hangzhou. This paper summarizes the development, function and type of rail transit hub station. Transfer and other aspects of the content, detailed analysis of the relationship between traffic and land use, combining theoretical research with empirical analysis, through a systematic analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and transfer modes of transportation hub stations, analyzes the internal relations between the two, and forms the priority of public transport. Through the analysis of the development characteristics of Hangzhou traffic hub station in the future, combined with the advanced experience and development trend of the traffic hub station. This paper puts forward the establishment of an integrated bus network system with "transfer" as the core of the hub station, and clarifies the control elements of the land use of the transportation facilities of the hub station. It is expected that the research results of this paper will be of practical significance to promote the planning and construction of future transportation hub stations in Hangzhou and to optimize the relationship between traffic facilities and land use.
