【摘要】：我国历史上就是一个农业大国，农业发展的好坏关系到整个社会发展和国民经济的全局。近年来，城镇化的推进导致城乡空间的发展矛盾加剧，乡村原有的生活方式和就业方式都发生了变化。过去十年中央的一号文件都紧紧围绕“三农”问题。一方面说明中央对“三农问题”的重视；另一方面也隐含了“三农问题”没有得到根本解决的事实。随着农业产业化发展加速，建设可持续发展的乡村概念深入人心。同时旅游业在国家政策支持大力支持下，发展势头强劲，逐步成为各省新的经济增长点。在此背景下，休闲农业的发展也就成为了大势所趋。展现出巨大的市场潜力和广阔的前景。湖南作为我国传统的农业大省，以湘南地区的农业发展最具代表性，城郊型乡村因其区位特征在研究城乡问题，创新乡村发展模式上具有重要的示范性。论文从我国乡村建设与休闲农业发展的双重背景出发，结合乡村规划相关理论，参考国外乡村发展休闲农业的先进案例，在分析湘南地区城郊型乡村的现状特征及存在问题的基础上，采用文献资料引证法、比较研究法、系统分析法等研究方法，，尝试提炼以休闲农业为主导的城郊型乡村规划思想并总结出完善的规划方法。并在此基础上深入展开了对乡村休闲空间的营造与更新研究。最终结合对具体案例的研究分析，检验理论的适宜性与可操作行。以期为地方的发展提供新思路，同时为其他相似地区的乡村村规划设计提供参照借鉴的模式。
[Abstract]:China's history is a large agricultural country, the development of agriculture relates to the whole social development and the overall situation of the national economy. In recent years, urbanization has led to the intensification of urban and rural space development contradictions. In the past ten years, the first document of the Central Committee has closely focused on the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". On the one hand, it shows that the central government attaches importance to the "three rural issues"; On the other hand, it also implies the fact that the "three rural issues" have not been fundamentally resolved. With the acceleration of the development of agricultural industrialization, the concept of building sustainable development of rural areas is deeply rooted in people's hearts. At the same time, with the strong support of national policies, the development momentum of tourism is strong. In this context, the development of leisure agriculture has become the trend of the times, showing huge market potential and broad prospects. Hunan as a traditional agricultural province in China. Agricultural development in southern Hunan is the most representative, suburban rural area because of its location characteristics in the study of urban and rural issues. Innovative rural development model has an important demonstration. From the dual background of rural construction and leisure agriculture development, this paper combines the rural planning theory. Referring to the advanced cases of rural development of leisure agriculture in foreign countries, on the basis of analyzing the current characteristics and existing problems of suburban villages in southern Hunan, this paper adopts the method of citation of documents and materials, and the method of comparative research. System analysis and other research methods. This paper tries to refine the rural planning thought of suburban type, which is dominated by leisure agriculture, and sums up the perfect planning method. On the basis of this, the construction and renewal of rural leisure space are deeply studied. Finally, the concrete cases are combined. Research and analysis. The purpose of this paper is to test the suitability and operation of the theory in order to provide a new way of thinking for the development of local areas and a reference model for the planning and design of rural villages in other similar areas at the same time.
