【摘要】：本论文试图以“图示”为主要途径浅析青岛即墨传统院宅空间类型及其建造特征,分析传统院宅类型及相关的技术逻辑。在即墨古城街巷网络格局基本稳定及现存保留传统院宅有限的条件下,寻求传统院宅中相对稳定的基本类型。传统院宅肌理构成关系、流线与出入口关系等变化导致传统院宅在古城中的分布及组合出现变化；外界环境、地界划分、肌理走势等客观因素影响传统院宅尺度、界面处理及入口位置。本文通过实物辨识,分析传统院宅典型类型并以建模方式分析其特征,归纳演绎得出传统院宅基本类型及常见组合。文章分为绪论、正文、结语三大部分。第一部分绪论说明论文研究缘起、目的及程序等方面,基本界定本文的研究范围、方法和相关概念,并制定框架结构。第二部分正文共分三章,首先简单论述即墨古城历史沿革,主要分析在较稳定的街巷网络中传统院宅分布位置特点；其次分别从空间类型分析、建造特征分析两大方面对即墨传统院宅予以论述,三章内容相辅相成,其中空间类型部分为建造特征分析做铺垫,建造特征分析为空间类型分析做支撑。第三部分结语对文章进行归纳及总结；并尝试探讨保存更多传统建筑的历史城镇传统民居的研究思路。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to analyze the space types and construction characteristics of traditional residential space in Jimo, Qingdao, by the way of "Picture". Analysis of the types of traditional homes and related technical logic. In Jimo ancient city street and lane network structure is basically stable and the existing conditions of limited retention of traditional homes. Seeking for the relatively stable basic types in the traditional courtyard house. The relationship between the texture of the traditional courtyard house and the relationship between the flow line and the entrance and exit leads to the change of the distribution and combination of the traditional courtyard house in the ancient city; External environment, land boundary division, texture trend and other objective factors affect the traditional courtyard scale, interface processing and entrance location. Through physical identification, this paper analyzes the typical types of traditional courtyard house and analyzes its characteristics by modeling. The paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text, conclusion. The first part explains the origin, purpose and procedure of the research. The second part of the text is divided into three chapters, the first part briefly discusses the history of Jimo ancient city. This paper mainly analyzes the distribution characteristics of traditional residential buildings in the stable network of streets and alleys. Secondly, from the space type analysis, construction characteristics analysis of the two aspects of Jimo traditional house to be discussed, the content of the three chapters complement each other, among which the space type part for the construction characteristics analysis. The analysis of construction features supports the analysis of spatial types. The third part concludes and summarizes the article; And try to explore the preservation of more traditional buildings of historical towns traditional residential research ideas.
