【摘要】:我国节能建筑起步较晚,随着建设力度加大,评估阶段指标的模糊性、参考建筑与参照地域数据匮乏等短板束缚我国绿色建筑的理性发展。住建部呼吁大力促进实体或模拟数据库的建立,利用数据库与模型系统科学优化绿色建筑的发展路径。经统计建筑设计阶段的节能潜力占据整体节能水平的40%,多位专家要求从设计阶段严格体现节能意识与观念,应当建立基于设计院流程的节能建筑设计标准。建筑设计人员对绿色建筑的具体措施以及建筑能耗与建筑部品的关联性认知较浅,需要通过绿色建筑咨询师辅助进行深入设计,因此建筑造型与绿色技术手段产生常产生不协调的状况。基于以上原因提出低能耗办公建筑原型概念,分析降低建筑能耗的趋势与措施,为寒冷地区建筑的节能提供数据与理论支撑,同时为不同气候区域与不同类型建筑的节能研究提供方法与手段参考,为推动绿色建筑与节能建筑的大力发展奠定基础。第一部分分析办公建筑选取的原因,以及原型系统建立的必要性与可能性,通过并行系统与子系统进行分析方法论证,为下一步能耗模拟奠定理论基础。第二部分梳理办公建筑能耗影响因素,确定研究寒冷地区气候影响区域,并对气候分区进行详细划分,确定低能耗建筑气候分区图,分析确定办公建筑的用能时间,为进一步研究多层办公建筑原型提供相关参数。基于规范与常规做法,对办公建筑类型与建筑本体进行定性分析,确定低能耗办公建筑理论原型。第三部分通过对围护结构材料分析与比对,在理论原型的基础上对围护结构不同朝向,屋顶的保温层变化以及透明围护结构进行模拟分析,得出寒冷地区多层办公建筑围护结构合理的传热系数与能耗的关系。第四部分对国内外可再生能源理论与实践进行梳理分析,基于设计层面遴选出低能耗办公建筑适用的可再生能源类型,并对其与建筑一体化建筑应用进行技术与艺术层面的模式探讨。第五部分分析国内外相关绿色建筑评价的概况,对当前主要绿色建筑评价体系与各自指标项内容进行梳理,分析对比不同体系特点,研究评价指标不同层面的关联性,提取办公建筑设计阶段引导指标,探讨引导指标的影响因子及表征项间的关联性,并提出建议项辅助建筑低能耗设计,综合建筑本体以及可再生能源因素,构建多层办公建筑低能耗设计阶段引导指标。最后通过实例验证多层办公建筑原型数据的延展性,为不同气候区域的设计师提供整体设计的思路引导或数据参照,为建筑设计提供可参照的数据模型。

The fourth part of the domestic and international renewable energy theory and practice analysis, the design level to select suitable for low energy consumption of office building based on the types of renewable energy, and its integration with the building construction application technology and art level mode the fifth part analysis of domestic and foreign green building assessment, the current green building evaluation system Each index of content of carding, analysis of different characteristics of the evaluation index system of comparison, correlation of different levels, from the office building design stage to guide index factors and characterization of the correlation between the effect of leading indicators, and put forward the proposal design of low energy auxiliary buildings, building body and renewable energy factors, constructing multi-layer low energy consumption of office building design stage.
