【摘要】:城镇化的迅速发展推动了山地城市人口的膨胀,而复杂的地形条件和脆弱的生态环境使得山地城市交通与土地利用布局受到极大的限制。利用生态学的理念,协调交通与地形和土地利用的发展,是解决山地城市城镇化可持续发展的关键。本论文立足山地城市发展的实际需求,研究山地城市交通、用地与地形的协调发展理论、方法与实践,为山地城市城镇化发展提供一种发展方向和理论依据。 首先,着眼于山地城市城镇化发展中突出的矛盾问题,,以及近年来不断出现的削山造城运动所带来的问题,提出了论文的研究背景与意义。通过分析、总结国内外关于山地城市地形、交通及用地规划的研究历程、研究成果及未来研究方向,为论文研究寻找突破口,提出研究的思路、框架、主要内容与研究的方法。 第二,研究了山地城市在地形利用、交通与土地利用布局等方面的发展历程。通过山地城市的生长机理,寻找山地城市交通、用地布局与自然地形的互馈机制。总结出了山地城市地形利用、交通布局、居民出行特征及土地利用的特性。 第三,针对山地城市交通联系困难、自然灾害频发等因素,进行山地城市交通脆弱性分析。利用多因素影响模型和GIS的加权叠加技术对道路脆弱点进行分析。利用多约束连通模型对交通总体网络脆弱性进行分析。两种方法相结合提出了降低交通网络脆弱性,提高山地交通抗灾能力的方法。 第四,研究了不同的地形改造形式下的交通布局模式,提出了“生态优先、交通安全、适度改造、重构环境的交通与地形协调方法,即在在对地形扰动强度较小的情况下,以保障交通安全的目标协调地形改造和交通模式,为构建新的城市生态平衡提供基础。最后提出利用等高线法与模拟模型相结合的方法进行地形设计与交通协调。 第五,针对生态城市的顶层设计目标,进行山地交通与土地利用的协调方法研究,构建了元分维山地可达性模型,在模型中加入了不同出行方式下的空间尺度要素,在特定的尺度下协调土地利用与交通和谐,实现土地利用的混合发展和一定范围内的职住均衡,突破了以往静态研究的理念。通过对生态城市目标下交通出行模式进行研究,得到低碳交通主导下各种出行方式的出行距离,确定生态城市主导下的空间尺度。在模型求解中,利用GIS技术强大的空间和数据分析功能,将模型求解与图形表达相对应,对规划方案进行定量分析,为方案调整提供依据。 最后,针对山地城市生态脆弱的特殊性,提出了基于GIS与层次分析法相结合的交通、土地利用与地形相协调的综合评价方法,利用定量与图形相结合的方法,建构了基于生态学的评价指标体系,对规划方案进行综合评价。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of urbanization has promoted the expansion of population in mountainous cities, and the complex terrain conditions and fragile ecological environment make the distribution of traffic and land use in mountainous cities greatly restricted. To coordinate the development of traffic, terrain and land use is the key to solve the sustainable development of urbanization in mountainous cities. This paper is based on the actual needs of the development of mountain cities, and studies the traffic in mountainous cities. The theory, method and practice of the coordinated development of land use and terrain provide a development direction and theoretical basis for the urbanization of mountainous cities. First of all, focusing on the prominent contradictions in the development of urbanization in mountainous cities, and the problems caused by the incessant movement of cutting mountains and building cities in recent years, this paper puts forward the research background and significance of the paper. This paper summarizes the research history, research results and future research direction of terrain, traffic and land use planning in mountainous cities at home and abroad, finds a breakthrough for the research of this paper, and puts forward the research ideas and framework. Main contents and methods of research. Secondly, the paper studies the development course of mountain cities in topographic utilization, traffic and land use layout. Through the growth mechanism of mountain cities, we find the mountain city traffic. The mutual feeding mechanism of land layout and natural terrain is summarized, and the characteristics of terrain utilization, traffic layout, resident travel and land use in mountainous cities are summarized. Third, in view of the difficult transportation links in mountainous cities, frequent natural disasters and other factors. The traffic vulnerability analysis of mountainous cities is carried out. The multi-factor influence model and the weighted superposition technique of GIS are used to analyze the vulnerable points of the road. The multi-constraint connectivity model is used to analyze the overall traffic network vulnerability. A new method is proposed to reduce the traffic network vulnerability. Methods of improving the ability of mountain traffic to resist disasters. In 4th, the traffic layout mode under different terrain reconstruction forms is studied, and the coordination method of traffic and terrain is put forward, which is ecological priority, traffic safety, moderate transformation and reconstruction of environment. That is, in the case of low intensity of terrain disturbance, the goal of ensuring traffic safety coordinates terrain transformation and traffic mode. Finally, a method combining contour method with simulation model is proposed for terrain design and traffic coordination. In 5th, aiming at the top level design goal of ecological city, the coordinated method of mountain traffic and land use was studied, and a meta-fractal mountain accessibility model was constructed. In the model, the spatial scale elements of different travel modes are added to coordinate the land use and traffic harmony in a specific scale, to achieve the mixed development of land use and a certain range of occupation and housing balance. Break through the previous static research concept. Through the study of the eco-city under the goal of traffic travel mode, we can get the travel distance of all kinds of travel modes under the guidance of low-carbon transportation. Determine the spatial scale under the guidance of the ecological city. In the model solving, using the powerful spatial and data analysis function of GIS technology, the model solution and the graphic expression corresponding to the quantitative analysis of the planning scheme. To provide basis for program adjustment. Finally, aiming at the particularity of ecological fragility in mountainous cities, a comprehensive evaluation method based on the combination of GIS and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is put forward, which coordinates traffic, land use and terrain. The evaluation index system based on ecology is constructed by combining quantitative and graphic methods, and the comprehensive evaluation of the planning scheme is carried out.
