【摘要】:TRD(Trench cutting Re-mixing Deep wall)工法构建的等厚度水泥土搅拌墙可内插型钢作为基坑止水和挡土结构,在基坑工程实践中得到了越来越广泛的应用。作为两种刚度差异较大材料的组合结构,TRD工法型钢水泥土搅拌墙承载变形性状和作用机理较为复杂,现阶段的工程实践尚缺乏理论计算的支持。以上海典型软土地层为背景,采用三维"m"法对型钢和水泥土的相互作用和承载变形性状进行了理论分析,主要通过对其变形、弯矩分担和局部抗剪的规律研究,对工程设计中的相关问题予以明确,并结合实测工程墙体变形进行了对比。
[Abstract]:The equal thickness cement-soil mixing wall constructed by TRD(Trench cutting Re-mixing Deep wall method can be used as the retaining and retaining structure of foundation pit. It has been widely used in the practice of foundation pit engineering. As two kinds of material with great difference in stiffness, the bearing deformation behavior and the action mechanism of TRD steel cement soil mixing wall are more complicated. Based on the typical soft soil layer in Shanghai, the interaction between section steel and cement soil and the bearing deformation behavior are analyzed theoretically by using 3D "m" method. Based on the study of deformation, bending moment sharing and local shear resistance, the relevant problems in engineering design are clarified and compared with the measured deformation of engineering wall.
