建筑保温隔热材料与建筑防火性能研究

【摘要】:建筑保温隔热材料作为一种新型的节能材料以其较好的隔热性能、较少隔热所需能耗以及较好的入住舒适度等特点已经被广泛运用到建筑领域,并取得了一定研究成果。然而建筑结构在保持较好的保温隔热情况下忽视了建筑结构在防火等方面技术要求,使得建筑总体设计不合理,也不经济。因此在研究建筑保温隔热材料中,从建筑保温隔热材料的特点出发寻求设计合理和经济效益好的整体性能成为研究的课题。本文以现有建筑保温隔热材料的国内外研究现状为背景,,探讨了建筑保温隔热材料与防火等方面的相互关系,进行了建筑保温隔热材料设计不合理导致的事故分析,提出了合理的设计理念和经济效益链。本文的主要内容如下: (1)通过对现有保温材料特点的分析,考察其在防火性能的特点,研究其不合理的存在方式,分析保温隔热材料火灾案例,提出建筑保温隔热材料在防火性能上的适应性要求。进行保温隔热材料阻燃剂阻燃效果的简单试验,对比分析阻燃效果。 (2)从室内装饰与防火性能出发,介绍分析保温隔热材料的火灾响应和热特性,方便建立火灾控制链。 (3)针对建筑外墙保温隔热具体工程实例,分析建筑保温隔热材料经过优化后在防火方面的优越性。同时进行了典型外墙保温材料的热特性试验分析,分析对比了加入阻燃和未加入阻燃剂的热特性参数值,研究了阻燃剂厚度对阻燃效果的影响。为今后建筑外墙外保温系统的防火技术研究及实际工程应用提供了一定的理论依据和参考价值。
[Abstract]:As a new type of energy saving material, building insulation material has been widely used in the field of construction because of its better thermal insulation performance, less energy consumption and better occupancy comfort. Some research results have been obtained. However, the technical requirements of building structure in fire prevention have been ignored under the condition of good insulation and insulation, which makes the overall design of the building unreasonable. It is also not economical. Therefore, in the study of building insulation materials. From the characteristics of thermal insulation materials for buildings, it is a research topic to seek the overall performance with reasonable design and good economic benefits. This paper takes the current research status quo of thermal insulation materials at home and abroad as the background. The relationship between building heat insulation material and fire resistance is discussed, and the accident caused by unreasonable design of building heat insulation material is analyzed. A reasonable design concept and economic benefit chain are put forward. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) through the analysis of the characteristics of the existing thermal insulation materials, the characteristics of its fire resistance, the study of its unreasonable mode of existence, the analysis of thermal insulation materials fire cases. The adaptability requirements of building heat insulation materials in fire resistance were put forward. A simple test of flame retardant effect of thermal insulation materials was carried out, and the flame retardant effect was compared and analyzed. Based on the interior decoration and fire resistance, the fire response and thermal characteristics of thermal insulation materials are analyzed, and the fire control chain is established conveniently. 3) aiming at the concrete engineering example of building exterior wall heat preservation and insulation, the superiority of building heat insulation material in fire prevention after optimization is analyzed. At the same time, the thermal characteristic test analysis of typical exterior wall insulation material is carried out. The thermal characteristic parameters of flame retardant and non-flame retardant were analyzed and compared. The influence of the thickness of flame retardant on the flame retardant effect is studied, which provides a certain theoretical basis and reference value for the fire prevention technology research and practical engineering application of external insulation system of external wall of building in the future.
