扬州市居住区停车场库规划设计研究

【摘要】:论文首先对扬州居住区的停车现状进行调查与研究,研究扬州市居住区停车空间存在的主要问题,并对其产生的原因进行剖析,综合对扬州市部分居住小区对于可停车空间的开发利用情况的调研结果和数据分析,再结合国内外居住区停车配建标准及停车空间设计的实践经验,为扬州市居住区提出具有可操作性的停车问题解决对策。为改善扬州市居住区环境,解决居住区停车问题,并为规划部门提供政策法规方面的帮助与参考。 论文分为四章。第一章为绪论,阐述课题的背景、研究意义、课题内容,以及拟解决的主要问题。第二章先是对居住区停车问题产生的原因进行分析,然后通过对扬州市居住区停车现状和基础数据的调查,归纳出扬州居住区的停车特性,同时,对比分析居住区几种常见停车方式,并整理出对居住区环境相应的影响,最后对国外居住区的停车环境进行介绍。第三章先是举例介绍了国外及我国台湾居住区停车指标体系建立的成功经验,然后通过对扬州居住区停车指标存在的问题以及设置依据进行分析,最后,为扬州居住区停车配建指标体系的合理建立给出改善建议。第四章在静态交通规划、动态交通设计方面对扬州市居住区提出改善建议,并提出多途径的解决对策。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper investigates and studies the parking status of Yangzhou residential area, studies the main problems of parking space in Yangzhou residential area, and analyzes the causes of the parking space. This paper synthesizes the research results and data analysis of parking space development and utilization in some residential areas of Yangzhou city, and then combines the standards of parking allocation and the practical experience of parking space design in residential areas at home and abroad. In order to improve the environment of Yangzhou residential area, solve the parking problem of residential area, and provide the help and reference of policies and regulations for the planning department. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the background, research significance, subject content, and the main problems to be solved. The second chapter first analyzes the reasons of residential parking problem. Then through the investigation of the parking status and basic data of Yangzhou residential area, the parking characteristics of Yangzhou residential area are summarized. At the same time, several common parking modes in Yangzhou residential area are compared and analyzed. Finally, it introduces the parking environment of foreign residential areas. The third chapter introduces the successful experiences of the establishment of parking index system in foreign and Taiwan residential areas. Then through the Yangzhou residential area parking indicators and the establishment of the analysis of the basis, finally, for the Yangzhou residential area parking allocation index system reasonable establishment of the improvement recommendations. 4th chapter in static traffic planning. In the aspect of dynamic traffic design, suggestions for improvement of Yangzhou residential area are put forward, and multi-channel solutions are put forward.
