基于城市化进程中西安市主城区居住空间分异研究

【摘要】:2011年是中国城市化进程中具有里程碑意义的一年,城镇人口占总人口的比重首次超过50%,标志着我国城市化进入了新的阶段,相比于2011年,2012年我国城市化水提高了1.3%,达到了52.6%。本论文以现阶段我国快速城市化为背景,在系统研究城市化和城市居住空间分异理论的基础上,选取西安市为研究对象,而2012年西安市城市化率虽达到了71.5%,但同时存在着不少问题。近年来,,随着经济体制的改革,市场经济迅速发展,城市化的快速推进,西安市居民的生活水平显著提高,居民的收入差距日渐扩大,社会结构发生了深刻变化。与此同时,伴随住宅商品化的全面推行,城市居民的居住水平和居住分布也发生了分化,在西安市不同地区产生了不同程度的居住隔离现象,城市居住空间结构的分异日趋明显。 本文在结合前人理论研究和实证调研的基础上,通过资料的整理和实证数据的采集,总结西安市城市化进程中城市空间结构与居住空间分异的演进过程,由“城市空间—居住空间—住宅”自上而下、系统的审视西安城市居住空间分异状况,总结西安市不同历史时期居住空间分异的特征,结合历史沿革预测西安市城市居住空间发展态势。并通过GIS工具,选取了909个居住区数据点,通过行政、交通、教育、公共绿地、医疗、商业以及文化旅游等七个影响因素对现阶段西安市居住空间分异进行研究,分析其对居住空间分异的影响作用。通过层次分析法及GIS叠加分析对现今西安市居住空间分异影响因素进行综合研究,总结出西安市居住空间多核心层圈式、镶嵌式发展特征,城市分级明显,两极分化严重。 为提高城市发展水平,缓解已出现的“摊大饼”的城市结构和高收入人群与低收入人群的两极分化,对西安市居住空间分异现象进行优化,提出积极构建大西安,优化城市结构,合理调控地区发展;加强城市外围空间建设,合理分布城市人口;合理确定居住区规模、尝试混合式居住;加快城市基础设施建设,促使公共资源均匀化;加强城市更新,保护城市底蕴传承。

In recent years, with the reform of economic system, the rapid development of market economy, rapid development of the city Xi'an city residents, significantly improve the living standards of residents, the income gap is expanding and the social structure has undergone profound changes. At the same time, with the full implementation of the commercialization of residential, city residents living standards and living The distribution has also been differentiated, and different degrees of residential isolation have been produced in different regions of Xi'an, and the differentiation of urban residential space structure is becoming more and more obvious.
Based on the previous theoretical research and empirical research, through the collation of data and empirical data collection, evolution of structure of city space and residential space differentiation summary in urbanization of Xi'an City, inhabited by "city space residential space" from top to bottom, differentiation of the system at Xi'an city living space, different historical periods of Xi'an residential spatial differentiation, combined with the history prediction of Xi'an city residential space development trend. And through the GIS tool, select 909 residential data points through administration, transportation, education, medical, commercial and public green space, cultural tourism and other seven influence currently Xi'an city of the residential space differentiation research, analyze the effect of residential space differentiation. Through AHP and GIS overlay analysis in Xi'an city residential space differentiation The influencing factors are studied comprehensively, and the multi core layer circle type of residential space in Xi'an is summed up, and the features of mosaic development are made. The urban classification is obvious and the polarization is serious.
In order to improve the level of city development, city structure and high income groups have emerged to ease the "pie" with low income polarization, to optimize the Xi'an city residential space differentiation phenomenon, put forward a positive construction of Xi'an City, optimize the structure, reasonable regulation of regional development; strengthen the construction of the outskirts of the city space, city population reasonable distribution; reasonably determine the size of the residential area, try mixing type living; accelerate the city infrastructure construction, promote public resources homogenization; strengthen the city renewal, city culture heritage protection.
