郑州市小学学校规模调整优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于外来人口子女的快速集聚和居民对优质教育资源的需求,郑州市的热点学校普遍存在大规模现象。同时,由于生源分布不均,郑州市现状中小学特别是小学呈现出学校规模普遍偏小的现象。学校规模的不经济、空间布局的不合理、教育资源出现的校际差异等,都严重制约了中小学校的健康发展。另一方面,基于当前国家对基础教育阶段实施素质化教育的主张,学校对运动场地、课外活动场地、绿地等学校用地和专业教室、实验室、阅览室等教室用房的配置都有了更高标准的要求,这也造成了郑州市现状学校规模不合理的现象,对郑州市学校规模进行调整优化已经刻不容缓。 基于上述背景,本文以郑州市小学学校规模调整优化为研究对象,在对郑州市小学学校规模现状问题进行深层次分析的基础上,通过对宏观、中观、微观三个层面上不同影响因素下郑州市小学学校规模的适宜性分析,有针对性地提出了郑州市小学学校规模具体层面的调整优化方法,从而对郑州市中小学学校布局调整提供一定的指导。 本文研究共分为六个章节:第一章主要对本文的研究背景和意义、研究范围、研究内容与方法以及研究框架进行概述;第二章对国内外学校适度规模的理论与实证研究和学校规模调整优化的理论与实践探索进行搜集整理,对其先进经验进行分析,,得出其对郑州市小学学校规模调整优化的启示;第三章分析了郑州市小学学校规模现状及现状存在的问题和问题的成因;第四章分别从宏观层面的区域发展情况及人口因素,中观层面的学校服务半径及教育单元划分,和微观层面的学校用地规模、班级规模以及学校各类用房分配等方面进行分析,探讨其与小学学校规模的关联度,得出不同影响因素下小学学校规模的适宜性区间;第五章对分别从学校布局调整、内部配置优化和政策建议等方面对郑州市小学学校规模的调整优化进行了具体分析;第六章对文章研究结论进行总结。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rapid gathering of the children of the foreign population and the demand of the residents for high-quality education resources, there is a widespread phenomenon in hot schools in Zhengzhou. At the same time, due to the uneven distribution of students. The present situation of primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou, especially primary schools, presents the phenomenon that the scale of schools is generally small, the scale of schools is not economical, the space layout is unreasonable, and the inter-school differences of educational resources appear. On the other hand, on the other hand, based on the current national basic education stage of the implementation of quality-oriented education, schools to sports venues, extracurricular activities. Green space and other school land and professional classrooms, laboratories, reading rooms and other classroom rooms have a higher standard of allocation requirements, which also caused the current situation of Zhengzhou school scale unreasonable phenomenon. It is urgent to adjust and optimize the school scale in Zhengzhou. Based on the above background, this paper takes the adjustment and optimization of the primary school size in Zhengzhou as the research object, on the basis of the deep analysis of the current situation of the primary school size in Zhengzhou, through the macro, meso. According to the analysis of the suitability of the primary school scale in Zhengzhou under the different influence factors on the micro level, this paper puts forward the adjustment and optimization method of the school scale in Zhengzhou. In order to Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools layout adjustment to provide certain guidance. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly summarizes the research background and significance, research scope, research content and methods, and research framework; In the second chapter, the theoretical and empirical research on the appropriate scale of schools at home and abroad and the theoretical and practical exploration of school scale adjustment and optimization are collected and collated, and its advanced experience is analyzed. Get its enlightenment to the adjustment and optimization of the primary school scale in Zhengzhou; The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the primary school scale in Zhengzhou and the existing problems and the causes of the problems. Chapter 4th from the macro level of regional development and population factors, meso level of school service radius and education unit division, and micro level of school land scale. Through the analysis of the class size and the allocation of all kinds of school buildings, this paper discusses the correlation between the class size and the primary school scale, and obtains the suitable interval of the primary school size under different influence factors. Chapter 5th analyzes the adjustment and optimization of primary school size in Zhengzhou from the aspects of school layout adjustment, internal configuration optimization and policy recommendations. Chapter 6th summarizes the conclusions of the article.
