城市综合体标准化设计研究初探

【摘要】：城市综合体已经逐渐成为当今各大城市建设的重要建筑类型之一。城市综合体的建设不仅是城市发展的客观需求，还是满足人们物质生活和精神需求的主观需要。与城市综合体大量建设和重要地位相比，对其建设标准化和模数化、产业化的研究相对薄弱，，如何找到一条适合我国国情的城市综合体标准化设计之路，是本文的初衷。本文以标准化学科为理论依托，从标准化的角度切入关于城市综合体设计中。在内容上主要分为五部分：第一部分提出了研究选题的背景、内容、方法、研究框架。第二部分为相关概念理论的阐述。讨论了“标准化”、“城市综合体”“城市综合体标准化”等相关概念，明确城市综合体功能空间标准化应用范围。第三部分为城市综合体标准化的发展历程研究。第四部分以建筑模数为城市综合体标准化为基础，从公共空间、竖向交通空间、居住空间三方面功能空间阐述城市综合体标准化的应用，提出城市综合体标准化的特点，以及探究城市综合体标准化的相关内容。第五部分是对案例进行分析，从实际工程实例中分析城市综合体标准化设计的应用，希望对以后城市综合体的设计起到借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Urban complex has gradually become one of the most important architectural types in the construction of major cities. The construction of urban complex is not only the objective demand of urban development. Or meet the subjective needs of people's material life and spiritual needs. Compared with a large number of urban complex construction and important status, the construction of standardization and modularization, industrialization research is relatively weak. It is the original intention of this paper to find a way to standardize the design of urban complex which is suitable for our country. Based on the theory of standardization, this paper cuts into the design of urban complex from the standardisation point of view. The content is divided into five parts: The first part puts forward the background, content, method and framework of the research. The second part is the elaboration of the related concept theory, discusses the related concepts such as "standardization", "urban complex" and "urban complex standardization", and clarifies the scope of application of functional space standardization of urban complex. The third part is the development course of the standardization of urban complex. Based on the standardization of urban complex, the application of standardization of urban complex is expounded in 4th part from three aspects: public space, vertical traffic space and residential space. This paper puts forward the characteristics of the standardization of urban complex, and probes into the related contents of standardization of urban complex. The 5th part is to analyze the case, analyze the application of the standard design of the urban complex from the practical engineering example, hope to play a reference role in the design of the urban complex in the future.
