预制装配式混凝土(PC)住宅营建过程风险管理方法与策略

【摘要】:预制装配式住宅因其施工质量易控制、施工周期短、结构的能耗少等优势,成为我国住宅体系新的发展方向,然而我国现有的预制装配式结构因其管理体系不完善,施工技术不规范,未能充分发挥预制结构营建优势。论文以预制装配式结构的风险管理为切入点,以上海浦江大型居住社区工程为依托,结合风险矩阵的评估方法和管理策略,针对性地分析了预制构件工厂生产的质量风险、现场构件拼装的技术风险与施工安全风险、项目营建全过程的进度风险,基于风险的识别、量测、评估、决策等研究,提出了适用于背景工程风险管理的预制过程质量检查与管理手册、关键构件施工流程安排、施工安全管理体系及风险营建全过程进度计划布置等规程与手册,极大地方便了业主与相关管理者对预制装配式住宅的风险把握与分析,加强了施工的管理调度。研究成果可为类似预制装配式结构营建全过程风险把握提供参考,相关规程手册也可直接服务于工程的实践应用。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated housing has become a new development direction of housing system in China because of its advantages such as easy control of construction quality, short construction period and less energy consumption of structure. However, the existing prefabricated housing structure in our country is not perfect because of its management system. The construction technology is not standardized, and the prefabricated structure construction advantage has not been brought into full play. This paper takes the risk management of prefabricated structure as the breakthrough point, based on the Shanghai Pujiang large-scale residential community project, and combines the evaluation method and management strategy of the risk matrix. The quality risk of prefabricated component factory, the technical risk and construction safety risk of site component assembly, the progress risk of the whole process of project construction, the risk identification, measurement, evaluation, decision making and so on are analyzed. The prefabricated process quality inspection and management manual suitable for risk management of background engineering, the construction process arrangement of key components, the construction safety management system and the schedule layout of the whole process of risk construction are put forward. It greatly facilitates the owners and relevant managers to grasp and analyze the risk of prefabricated residential buildings, and strengthens the management and scheduling of construction. The research results can provide a reference for the risk control of the whole process of construction of similar prefabricated structures. The manual of relevant regulations can also serve the practical application of engineering directly.
