ASG综合法景观视觉质量评价研究

【摘要】:景观评价理论和实践研究起始于上个世纪60年代,随着风景园林学科的发展,景观评价的研究范围和应用越来越广泛,对于不同景观类型、景观规模甚至不同地区景观都有了实践和理论的研究。 本文通过提出景观视觉质量评价这一概念,整合了ASG综合的景观评价方法,建立了景观视觉质量评价理论框架,并通过对黑龙江省火山口国家森林公园景观视觉质量评价,检验了该方法的可行性与优势。 在概念上明确定义了景观视觉质量这一概念,将景观中的视觉特性发挥出来,将使用者的感受融入到评价过程中,并根据这一特性确定评价方法建立评价框架。 评价方法上利用ASG综合法,即综合层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)、美景度评价法(Scenic Beauty Estimation Method, SBE)、地理信息系统(GIS)评价法的各自的评价优势,利用AHP确立评价指标权重,利用SBE法用数据衡量了人们主观的景观感知,利用GIS软件基于DEM数据进行景观视觉敏感度评价分析,有层次有步骤的将景观评价的主观感知转化为了客观数据信息。综合评价法的应用使景观视觉质量评价更具实用性、可靠性。 评价框架中包含景观资源质量评价和景观视觉敏感度评价,所得的结论可以应用到景观建设的各个时期,可为设计师、决策者以及景观管理者使用;将公众与专家共同作为评价主体,在评价过程中展现了专家的客观、前瞻性的优势同时公众感知增加了评价的感知成分。使景观视觉质量评价结论更合理客观贴近实际。 本文在对火山口国家森林公园的评价实践过程中,系统的评价了该公园的景观资源、景观资源美景度、景观视觉质量等指标,将公园划分成景观视觉质量四个等级,提出管理目标和发展策略为:①增加新媒体宣传,扩展多元化旅游人群;②提高景观资源均好性,挖掘人文资源;③丰富旅游路线设计,多种游览方式结合;④提高服务质量,注重特色发展;⑤由观赏变为参与,增加体验活动;⑥了解现状,分级保护,有序开发。
[Abstract]:The theory and practice of landscape evaluation began in -40s. With the development of landscape architecture, the research scope and application of landscape evaluation are more and more extensive. Landscape scale and even different regional landscape have been studied in practice and theory. This paper puts forward the concept of landscape visual quality evaluation, integrates the comprehensive landscape evaluation method of ASG, establishes the theoretical framework of landscape visual quality evaluation, and evaluates the landscape visual quality of crater National Forest Park in Heilongjiang Province. The feasibility and advantage of this method are tested. The concept of visual quality of landscape is clearly defined in concept, the visual characteristics in landscape are brought into play, the feelings of users are integrated into the evaluation process, and the evaluation framework is established according to this characteristic. In the evaluation method, the ASG synthetic method, that is, the Analytic Hierarchy process AHP method, the Beautiful degree Evaluation method, the scene Beauty Estimation method, the Geographic Information system (GIS) evaluation method, are used to determine the evaluation index weight, and the AHP is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index. SBE method is used to measure people's subjective landscape perception, and GIS software is used to evaluate the visual sensitivity of landscape based on DEM data. The subjective perception of landscape evaluation is transformed into objective data information step by step. The application of comprehensive evaluation method makes landscape visual quality evaluation more practical and reliable. The evaluation framework includes landscape resource quality evaluation and landscape visual sensitivity evaluation. The conclusions can be applied to every stage of landscape construction and can be used by designers, decision makers and landscape managers. Taking the public and the experts as the main body of evaluation, the objective and forward-looking advantages of the experts are shown in the evaluation process, and the public perception increases the perceptual components of the evaluation, which makes the conclusions of the evaluation of landscape visual quality more reasonable and realistic. In the course of evaluation practice of crater National Forest Park, this paper systematically evaluates the landscape resources, the beauty degree of landscape resources and the visual quality of the park, and divides the park into four levels of landscape visual quality. The management objectives and development strategies are as follows: increasing new media publicity, expanding diversified tourism population and improving landscape resources, mining human resources and enriching the design of tourism routes, and improving the service quality by combining various tourist modes with four kinds of tourism methods, including: (1) increasing new media publicity, (2) expanding the diversity of tourism population and improving the quality of landscape resources. Focus on the development of features from viewing to participation, increase experience activities to understand the status quo, grading protection, orderly development.
