巴渝地区木构建筑优化策略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济水平和生产力的快速发展,城镇化进程开始逐步加快。但在城镇建设当中,却出现了千城一面的问题,很多地区的建筑识别性已不复存在,具有地域特色的建筑逐渐淡出大众视野。如同经济全球化一般,我国建筑文化也向着单调统一的趋势发展,所以,为避免我国丰富多彩的建筑文化消失,特色城镇的建设应该作为今后建筑业发展方向。木构建筑有着悠久历史,不仅代表我国传统建筑主要形式,还具有木材资源再生性、生产施工过程低碳性、保温隔热节能性、抵御非正常危害抗震性等符合可持续发展的众多优点。随着历史朝代变更,在气候、地理和人文的影响下,巴渝地区最终孕育出具有地域文化特色的农耕木构建筑体系。论文通过文献查阅、对比分析和软件模拟的研究方法,结合实地调研,对巴渝地区木构建筑的材料、空间和结构提出优化策略,提高其居住舒适性,探索其对于现代生活方式需求的适应性,唤起人们保护地域性建筑文化意识,为特色城镇建设方案提供更多选择。论文第一部分对研究的背景、目的和意义进行论述,通过文献查阅,总结分析国内外相关的研究现状和发展趋势,同时将研究的内容、方法和框架分别进行论述。论文第二部分在文献查阅的基础上,结合实地调研情况,对巴渝地区的地域特征进行分析,得出巴渝木构建筑的建筑形式、结构形式地域特色。论文第三部分利用对比分析和软件模拟的研究方法,对巴渝地区木构建筑做出一些优化策略:为减少建筑能耗和提高木材利用率,其维护结构的材料应由现代木构件中的工程木取代原木板的使用,为提高建筑结构的整体稳定性和耐久性,基础部位材料的处理应该由混凝土材料取代原木立柱;从我国土地资源人均情况和人口政策、生活质量变化的角度思考,得出建筑应该采用集约式建设规划,空间的功能和数量也要增设的结论;为提高构件之间的有效连接,将檩与柱的连接采用钢构件辅助的连接形式,同时运用有限元仿真模拟软件对优化之后的连接形式进行分析,得出其受力合理性。论文第四部分将本文的研究成果和创新点进行总结,指出今后仍需研究的内容。论文结合巴渝地区木构建筑的实际情况,对其提出了具体的优化策略,可以为今后其他地区木构建筑的优化策略研究提供一定参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economic level and productivity in our country, the process of urbanization has begun to accelerate gradually. However, in the construction of cities and towns, there has been a problem of one side of a thousand cities, and the building identifiability of many areas has ceased to exist. The architecture with regional characteristics gradually fade out of the public view. Like economic globalization, the architectural culture of our country is also developing towards monotony and unity. Therefore, in order to avoid the disappearance of the rich and colorful architectural culture in our country, The construction of characteristic towns should be regarded as the development direction of construction industry in the future. Wood construction has a long history, which not only represents the main forms of traditional buildings in our country, but also has the characteristics of wood resources regeneration, low carbon in production and construction process, heat insulation and energy saving. Resistance to abnormal hazards, earthquake resistance, and so on are consistent with the many advantages of sustainable development. With the change of historical dynasties, under the influence of climate, geography and humanity, Finally, the agricultural wood-structure system with regional cultural characteristics has been bred in Bao-Yu area. Through literature review, comparative analysis and software simulation, combined with field investigation, the paper makes a study on the materials of wood-structure architecture in Bao-Yu area. Space and structure put forward optimization strategies to improve their living comfort, explore their adaptability to the needs of modern life style, arouse people's awareness of protecting regional architectural culture. The first part of the paper discusses the background, purpose and significance of the research, through literature review, summarizes and analyzes the relevant research status and development trends at home and abroad, at the same time, the content of the study will be discussed. The second part of the paper, based on the literature review and field investigation, analyzes the regional characteristics of Bayu region, and obtains the architectural form of the wood structure in Bayu. In the third part of this paper, by using the methods of comparative analysis and software simulation, we make some optimization strategies for wood structure in Bayu area: to reduce building energy consumption and improve wood utilization ratio, In order to improve the overall stability and durability of the building structure, the material of the base site should be treated with concrete instead of the log column, in order to improve the stability and durability of the building structure, the material of the maintenance structure should be replaced by the engineering wood in the modern wood member. From the point of view of the per capita situation of land resources and population policy and the change of quality of life in our country, we draw the conclusion that the construction should adopt intensive construction planning, and the function and quantity of space should be added, in order to improve the effective connection between the components, The connection between purlin and column was analyzed by means of finite element simulation software. In part 4th, the research results and innovations of this paper are summarized, and the contents that need to be studied in the future are pointed out. Combined with the actual situation of wood structures in Bayu area, the paper puts forward specific optimization strategies for them. It can provide some reference for the study of optimization strategy of wood structure in other areas in the future.
